Well.. the best thing about this hotel is the man that takes care of the breakfast.. very attentive and friendly... otherwise:||* upon check in ,the man behind the desk really wanted nothing to do with us as we were interrupting him watching a game on tv||* the rooms are dirty, thank goodness I travel with Clorox wipes and sanitized the whole place down||* I asked for a quiet room on a higher floor, and ended up with a 2nd floor room near the overpass.. so very loud||* towels were clean; no bed bugs||* we had hot water and good shower pressure||* the entire property is run down and needs a major deep clean and repair from the pool to the elevator with missing and cracked buttons||I would never stay here again, as there have to be better hotels in the area.

Service is as terrible. Waited at the front desk for 30 minutes before someone assisted us. Bought the room online and the manager tried to charge me again. Then I tried to get in the hot tub after a long day, got kicked out. The carpet in our room wasn’t even properly cut on the edges and was sticking up. $147 + dollars wasted. Good thing about the location is the shell next door served beer. Don’t buy if you want quite, someone tried to open my door while we was laying in our bed, dogs where barking in the room next door. The worker on 07/25/2024. In the AM was rude.

Stay was not very good furniture in rooms and breakfast area was in terrible shape. Hair in the shower and room had not been dusted in a long time. After my stay the price of 93.00 per night plus tax seemed way to high should have been maybe 75 per night and that generous. The elevator also is probably the slowest elevator I have ever seen in a hotel and from the speed to the sounds it makes it seems to be in need of serious maintenance. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

The beds were like sleeping on a concrete slab, the mattress was badly stained under the sheet. Our first room the AC didn't work but the night manager quickly gave us another room, which is the reason I gave a 4 on service. There is 5 people in my family but there was only 2 bath towels in the room. The vent in the bathroom appeared to have been broken. The indoor pool was great, also the hot tub was great.

The toilet had SOMETHING on the bottom of the seat, there looked to be like scales of some sort on the counter, and possibly food crumbs on the floor. It was a nice room and smelled clean. It just could have used a better cleaning. I used to work in housekeeping at the Holiday Inn and I know sometimes the rooms are left horribly and the housekeeper is only allotted so much time to get a certain number of rooms done in their shift. So, I am giving a 4 star rating as this is still one of the cleaner rooms that I have been in. The service was amazing as they did offer to put us in another room or give us a refund. We opted for the refund as we had family here and they had an extra room. Thank you for the hospitality and we will possibly be using this hotel again, as long as the room is a bit more clean. This hotel smelled like smoke & old and musty. Pool was AWFUL. the pool chairs falling apart, tables were cracked in the pool area. The paint from the pool area was chipping and sticking to all of us. The bathroom door didn't close in our room. We had to slam our door to the hallway to get it to close. ||||The customer service was terrible. When we checked in, the gentleman seemed genuinely annoyed that we were there. He never smiled, was not friendly at all. ||||The bathroom was dirty and the vent in the bathroom was falling off the wall and was filthy. ||||This hotel looks as if they tried upgrading, but it was done very very cheaply. It looks brand new from the pictures online, but it's definitely NOT nice

The hotel was in a great location. Close to food, gas stations, and several shopping plazas. Breakfast is good. The room wasn’t properly cleaned (or cleaned at all) & the beds head board fell on me in the middle of the night. Held on by command strips. A THICK AND HEAVY BOARD!! By command strips. when i told the lady at checknout she said she would have someone contact me. They never did. The pool was nice but even it had not been cleaned. I had hair and pony tails getting stuck in my toes. GROSS. who knows what else. The water was so cloudy you couldnt see into it. Bad customer service…

Very nice. The beds are a little bit smaller than I expected, but nice nonetheless. Room and bathroom were clean. Towels are soft. Assistant (?) manager is a cool guy. Hes polite. Pool is nice and the lights are cool. Chairs are nice too. Hot tub is super fun. Elevator is clean. The chairs in the lobby area are very comfortable, nice. Entire hotel is very clean. Nearby gas stations, restaurants and only 10 minutes from kings island. Tv works well, lots of places to plug in devices. 100% worth it for the price, better than I expected tbh.
