La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Centralia - Hotel in Centralia - 1225 Mellen St, USA

This location is absolutely stunning! I understand it was recently built, so everything still has that "freshness" about it, but overall this location, the staff, the amenities, etc. was 10/10! I wish I could have enjoyed the pool/hot tub and gym area during my stay, but I didn't have the appropriate attire for it. The breakfast was amazing, staff was SO friendly and helpful (from front desk to housekeeping), the location felt quiet and safe. The room was very clean and my family REALLY appreciated the full-size toiletries in the shower.

Beautiful new hotel in a great location. Hotel was comfortable, staff was friendly and it was easy yo get to. The room is spacious and great pillows. I would definitely stay here again when traveling. |Silly that I have to continue to add to my review simply to post it.

Stayed here on 8-31-24. The room felt very clean and modern. The breakfast provided was excellent. The person at the desk that helped us, Kris, was awesome. My only complaint is the location. Centralia is awful to navigate. The hotel itself was great.

The front desk service and breakfast service were excellent. My room and especially bed and pillows were very comfortable. I loved watching the Olympics on a giant screen TV. That was an unexpected perk. I will plan to come back to this hotel soon. I came to help my daughter but would return more due to the comfort here.

We stayed here for a couple nights and enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean and as pictured online. They had a nice selection of breakfast items (including quick things like Nutri Grain bars). The utensils were kept in a box/machine on the wall that gave one utensil at a time so the remaining stock was covered and kept clean. I hadn't seen anything like this before and I thought it was genius! Much more hygienic than the jars on the counter where anybody can touch the entire stock. Employees were very friendly at check in and check out. Our only complaint was the shower pressure in room 310 was awful. I don't have thick hair but I have a lot of it and it's pretty long. I had to skip hair washing days because there was no way I was going to get all of the product out. Even my husband made a comment about the water pressure and he wouldn't have the same issue with the shampoo/conditioner as I would. Quick tip: we thought the exit was kind of a dud right off the interstate because it didn't look like there was much around. However, if you venture eastward, you'll run into their downtown with more food options and some shopping.

This hotel looks almost brand new. We have a great pet-friendly room with no carpet which I love. (After a while, pets or no pets, smoking or non-smoking, carpet just never feels or smells clean.) This room is spacious. The bathroom is spa-like with a walk in shower. The thermostat-controlled heat and air keep the room comfortable quietly. There is a beautiful pool, and a great guest laundry area. The staff were all great., polite and helpful. Breakfast is very nice. There is also a terrific laundry facility available for guests. As we have been on the road since April on a "bucket list" tour of the US, so we are always on the lookout for clean laundry facilities, and we found one. My husband enjoyed the heated, indoor pool. After 4 otherwise comfortable nights here, my only criticism is the noise. We can hear doors slamming, and the TV next door.

This La Quinta was one of the best I have stayed in. It was a fantastic stay. We were here for a weekend while we went to a water park in the area. The staff were really nice. The hotel is almost brand new and has been open less than a year, and has great amenities and modern furnishings. We really appreciated the modern vibe. It definitely has that new hotel smell, which is nice. There was a nice fitness center and indoor pool as well. The rooms were really nice. We had a mobility/ADA accessible room, and it was spacious. The rooms and hotel in general were kept very clean. The bed was great, and I was able to sleep well. There was minimal to no noise. The breakfast buffet was really great as well, and we appreciated the vegetarian options. The lobby is very spacious with lots of room for eating. As electric vehicle drivers, we also appreciated that there were several EV chargers which are free to charge at if you are staying at the hotel. I highly recommend this La Quinta for your travel needs!

Staff was very friendly. The rooms were very nice and clean! They had free wifi and breakfast, which was great. A pool and gym + a business center. Easy access to I5. I would highly recommend staying here.
