Housekeeping was the best I've experienced, they came every single day to clean, and did consistently very thorough job. The rooms are great if you don't need a kitchen. May favorite part though is the back patio overlooking the cove, stocked with fish, crabs, and 1 8foot alligator if you like watching the wildlife. Surprisingly the Alligator is always on her best behavior and swims to wherever she can best see the patrons and then sits still so people can watch her. They have railings so the Alligator doesnt climb up on the property. Will try to always stay at this La Quinta when working in the area.

When we come to Bridge City, we ALWAYS stay here..|Ms. Marianna greeted us like we were family. She treats this hotel like she owns and goes out of her way to be sure every person is treated with respect and their needs are met. |You can tell housekeeping takes care of the rooms and hallway. | Our rooms are always clean and well talked care of. So, be kind and treat your rooms as your home, clean and taken care of. Housekeeping works hard to have our rooms nice for us.| One of the important things in Texas is air conditioning. No worries here. The A/C blows cold.|The lady during the week that runs the kitchen could possibly keep the breakfast bar full of food at 7:00 a.m. and coffee made for the workers so they don’t have to wait or leave without. The lady on the weekend that takes care of the kitchen was fantastic. Everything was full and hot. |If I had to rate this hotel I would give it more than a 10. Be sure to make this your place to stay.

We visit family in Bridge City all the time, and this hotel is our 'go to'...we love it! It's very clean, updated decor, comfortable, and the outdoor patio over the lake is so nice and relaxing. We love the local alligators in the water...the deck is fenced and elevated, so there is no danger, but kinda cool seeing them there from time to time. Nice pool area for the kids, too. ||||We will be back time and time again...this is a great hotel!

We evacuated for the hurricane. We booked online . The online booking service stated the hotel was pet friendly. We called and spoke to the staff and they verified this to be correct. We were not informed of any additional policies. When we arrived, we were told that we would have to pay an additional $100 non-refundable pet deposit. We explained this was a service animal and that the policy did not state this at the time of booking and when we called to confirm pet friendly no policy was mentioned. We did not have the additional money to stay so we were forced to leave. We were charged for the stay $126.00. This is a clear viol Of a disabled persons rights.

The Hotel is very clean.Rooms are great.Front desk staff very friendly. However if you expect a decent continental Breakfast Forget it ! Less than subpar!! Eggs where like eating egg flavored Foam.At 7:15 am Everything was basically picked over,and empty! Coffee creamers pumps where broken. One even smelt sour when opened. Staff was very pleasant . That's about it. Now the staff that attended to the rooms.They where extremely Loud as they conversed back ,and forth. Literally yelling to one another. Slamming doors ect. It left the atmosphere feeling Chaotic.If you plan on an evening rest forget it! If you are ok with those things you would give it a 5 star. 5 star other than the two observations.

Make you feel like family! Came for a funeral from out of state. Highly recommend this place. UPDATE JUST SAW THE RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW AND THAT RIGHT THERE SHOWS WHAT A AWESOME SUPER PROFESSIONAL CARING PLACE THIS HOTEL IS! I've never had such a heart felt and personal reply! My mom died and this place was respectful during my stay and even now in their response! ❤️❤️❤️

Had a terrible experience with customer service. The manager Veronica (if that’s her real name) was extremely unprofessional. I was charged twice for a room. She asked me to send her the receipt of already paying for the room before I checked in, so I sent it to her. She then looked through her records and explained to me that she saw second charge on her end through the hotel. She said she’ll talk to the owner and get back with me. She never did. So I called the following day, she began to change her story to say she doesn’t see the second charge. I addressed that fact that she said something different the day before and she became defensive and continued to talk over me and not let me a get a word in at all. Long story short she and the owner was not willing to help in any way. I asked to talk to the owner, she said no, and hung up on my face. It was extremely disappointing and frustrating. This was charged on my debit card, not a credit card, not a business card. Money I worked for. Anyway, I suggest you don’t use your hard earned money on a place like this. Customer service is the MOST important aspect for any business, this hotel failed horribly.

We were impressed from the moment we waked in. Ms. Mariannna welcomed us like we have been coming here forever. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming. We went to our room and it had a clean smell and neat. Looking out the window was a beautiful scene. The swimming pool was crisp looking and then there was the small lake. So soothing to the eye. |The next morning went to breakfast at 8:00 a.m.. It was good but could be better if it was fully stocked and warmer. The coffee was good. |I had the opportunity to meet a young man by the name of Caldon. He came from sister motel across the road to help out. He was very kind and helpful. |This LaQuinta is well maintained and very clean. I could see all the care that is taken to keep this hotel ready for all of us. Painting, fixing the fence around the pool and spraying the property. Very impressed with the tender care of this place. The mainlanders man and Housekeepping took special care of all they touched |We highly recommend this LaQuinta, if on business or just pleasure. Be sure to talk with Ms Marianna, she will make your day.
