La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Braselton - Hotel in Braselton - 200 Kaival Ln, USA

We've stayed here several times. Breakfast is great, the beds are so comfortable, it's very clean and the staff is super friendly! This would have been a 5 star but for 2 reasons. First, I reserved an ADA accessible room but did not get one. We were able to switch after the 1st night so that's not so bad. 2nd, and I don't remember this from the other times we've stayed here, but there are NO towels racks in the bathroom. Just 1 hook outside the shower. Not even a hook on the door. There's nowhere to hang multiple towels (2 people means 2 towels) not to mention hand towels, wash cloths or robes. It felt weird to just throw our wet towels on the floor but what choice did we have? All in this is a very nice place and we will continue to stay here when we visit Dad.

I don't recommend it. I'm sure it's because it's pet friendly, but the rooms have vinyl flooring instead of carpet. Unfortunately, that makes it super noisy. I got in very late, even still at 2am, the guests above us were stomping around and moving furniture. Woke up at 6:30 and the stomping continued. Very poor soundproofing. The beds were hard and the blankets thin. Room was clean and the staff was very nice but I had a bad night's sleep because it was noisy and unfortable. I'm frustrated that I spent extra money to stay here because the reviews were so good only to get a horrible night's sleep.

Absolutely fantastic experience! We came down for my first track event at Road Atlanta and the group had a block at La Quinta for the few days we were there. The staff were so friendly! The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Way better than any I’ve ever had at other hotels that include food! The rooms were also super clean which is really important to me personally! Overall cannot recommend enough!

The staff is beyond wonderful. From the first phone call with your morning staff (I believe Latosha?) letting us know that we could check in early for only $30, to check out, everyone was super welcoming. The breakfast was great, biscuits and gravy!! The pool was nice. The rooms were clean. No complaints at all!

I came from Pennsylvania to travel to Columbus, Georgia after a long drive we came here, and This place is worth it to come to it's clean has nice faculty and a good enviromemt usually expecting bugs but it was incredibly clean. The hotel includes free breakfast, a gym, and a pool. The hotel is very neat and clean. Breakfast was actually delicious and has flavor with the most interesting way to make pancakes. Faculty has good energy. I highly recommend coming. One of my favorite hotels in this area. ❤️

Absolutely wonderful experience. Clean, nice hotel. Friendly staff. GREAT breakfast foods. Comfy beds. Nice clean pool with sitting area. Only thing I would recommend is thicker blankets on beds. Otherwise, great stay. This was such a nice stay. We will be back!

I wanted to write a review because although I had a very rough night, the front desk lady did everything she could to try to make it better. I had just traveled from Minneapolis to Atlanta with 2 kids under 2 and basically in the car with two overtired and scare kiddos. My husband had went in to check us in and it literally felt like he was gone for 20 whole minutes. (not to mentioned both our kids were crying for over 2 hours long due to the Atlanta traffic) He eventually came outside to soothe our kids while I got us checked in. Once everyone was in the room and finally getting settle, this worrisome & stressed out mom finally got to relax a little bit. Check out was smooth and took less than 2 minutes. The rooms were spacious! Cleaning can be a little faster as we came back a few times close to 11am-12pm and our rooms were still not cleaned yet but we were fine with it as we didn't stay there for a long time. Overall, I had a great experience.

7/28/24 I had bedbug bites on my neck. The elevator had a sweet musty odor which is a telltale sign of bedbugs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 2nd floor facing the pool and you can definitely hear guests. Location was nice but the road is pretty busy. The friendly staff are why I gave stars……we left at 4am on Sunday morning to catch an early flight and did not want to get in a situation to complain and lose track of time. I added a photo of my receipt showing we did stay here. We never said we could hear traffic from our room but could hear guests in the swimming pool.
