La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Belgrade - Bozeman Airport - Hotel in Belgrade - 6445 Jackrabbit Ln, USA

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel located conveniently near the airport in Bozeman. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day of travel. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast offered each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day fresh and energized. The coffee was exceptional, setting a great tone for the rest of the day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bozeman. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers everything you need for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Accommodations around Bozeman are ridiculously expensive, so this was an OK option for our one-night stay before catching a flight home. It was about $200/night, which was sadly the cheapest option by at least $50. For that, I am grateful. Unfortunately, both the pool and hot tub were out of order. I had read that the hot tub had been out of commission for weeks, but the pool being unavailable was a very disappointing surprise given that my kids were looking forward to this advertised amenity after 8 hours of driving. The room was pretty dark and dingy, but clean and fine for a comfortable sleep. The fitness center is super small (just an elliptical and a treadmill), and I couldn't get the treadmill to work and the elliptical was very rusted. The location to the airport is great--just a short drive away. The young man who checked us in was an absolute gem and tried his best to cheer us up after the pool incident. Free breakfast was OK. If you can save big by staying here, it's worth it, but if not, I'd go somewhere else.

Giving this hotel one star only because The night auditor was nice and helpful, however the room was not clean. When we pulled the blankets back we found hair and what appeared to be a sex stained sheet. ( Hard to see the stain but it's there ) The bed was obviously remade without clean bedding. The floor wasn't vacuumed and there were not enough towels. The hot tub is out of service , the dryer takes two cycles to dry a load and the prices for snacks and drinks are absurd. 7.00 For a juice 4.00 for a can of pop or a candy bar. We used points for this stay. They required 30k every other hotel in the area was 15k. We chose to stay at La Quinta because they are usually nice hotels. Over all this hotel is run down and not clean. Definitely never staying here again.

The staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean, and nice. We needed 2 rooms the night before our flight. Thankfully, they had 2 rooms, next door to each other for us! The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure!

The woman at the front desk (Kristy) was absolutely horrible. She was rude and yelled at us when we requested the room we actually booked and refused to help in any way. She refused to give us her name when we asked for it. The hotel is kinda gross too, def not as clean as it should be. The hot tub was not working. The location is super weird and confusing to get to. I've always been a fan of this chain, but corporate really needs to look into this particular one. Side note: Hector helped us in the morning and was very kind.

Due to a very delayed flight out of Chicago, we missed our flight connection in Seattle to Bozeman where we had a midnight check in at La Quinta Inn & Suites. While in Chicago and when we discovered we would miss the last flight out of Seattle to Bozeman, I immediately contacted the hotel. The hotel said it was their policy for no refunds, not even partial. Nor did they offer any future discounts. So basically, goodbye to nearly $300.00. I realize it is not the hotel's fault for our delay, nor was it ours. However, any sort of refund compassion would have solidified our loyalty to this chain but as frequent travelers, we will never book with a Wyndham owned hotel again. Customer service is important to us and even the best hotel will eventually fail with poor customer service/policy.

Find another hotel...while the outside looks lovely, our room left much to be desired. The price was pretty high however, give that it was Memorial Day weekend, it was expected. The shower handle in our room was hanging on by a thread, as was the shower curtain rod. The Wi-Fi in the hotel was one bar - not enough to do anything. But, the worst was there was not a seal on the door to the room. So light came thru at night, as did any sound. Our room was just above the lobby and we could hear guests in the lobby at 4am talking to the check-out counter, and when they set up breakfast at 5:30 it sounded like they were in our room. I mentioned something to the woman when I checked out and she said that MT building code didn't require such things...blah, blah...and I said it was the hotel's choice to add these details. And when I said that the price was high for the quality we got, her response was "welcome to MT tourist season"...

Clean and great location just 12 minutes from Bozeman. The bathroom had a good amount of hair on the floor and the carpet had some various hairs, hair ties and other miscellaneous objects. The pillows were a bit too stiff and full. The fool and hot tub were nice and clean. Breakfast was good with many options.
