La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Baltimore BWI Airport - Featured Reviews (1118)
The shower floor was dirty( I had shower shoes, thank goodness), the elevator was struggling. Bed was comfortable, lots of pillows. There is need for some light renovations. I had to place a towel down to stop smells from the other room from creeping into my room. They must have been very stressed. Anyway, standard light breakfast , semi clean breakfast area. There was a pool, it was not open and was covered. I had a crappy view from my room. Customer service was better during the day. The night hotel guy seemed overwhelmed, tired, and dense. Hotel was near various food spots . G&M was my favorite restaurant. Yes a plug, but they had me with the crabcakes. Overall, good location. Some front desk folks were great. The cost was reasonable.
If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and bathe this is perfect. Don’t expect a resort. Very convenient and inexpensive. Close to the airport. Free shuttle to and from airport/ train station. Stayed for 3 days and only really needed a place to sleep as we were out all day. Friendly, helpful staff. Free breakfast to start the day. If you just need a place to lay your head at night this is a good spot
Stayed 2 nights at the La Quinta BWI. It was a good experience. The shuttle drivers were polite and attentive, as was the front desk folks. Breakfast was good, not too many options as I would have hoped but what they had was delicious nonetheless. Didn't give 5 stars due to the elevator being out my first night and he manning luggage up 5 sets of stairs was not fun, and the pool was closed. The elevator was eventually fixed, but hey, there is always room for improvement even in an undefeated season. I would book at this location again.
First of all, you have to understand what kind of hotel you will be staying at. This is a La Quinta, which I’ve never seen a La Quinta that looks as gorgeous as a Hilton but; the customer service I received at this hotel is unmatched compared to the competition down the road. The staff here made every accommodation for me during my long work trip, and they truly treated me like family. The breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and the housekeepers were always on time. The folks that were working the desk during the day and overnight also did a phenomenal job. I work overnight at the BWI airport and wouldn’t get back to the hotel until about 6am. This made it difficult for my room to be cleaned as I was usually sleeping when housekeeping came by. But, one of the housekeepers was able to accommodate and come to my room a bit later when I was awake to still clean my room. Yes, there are downsides to this hotel being that the Elevator during my stay was down for a few weeks and I had to climb five flights of stairs which sucks but at the end of the day wasn’t a huge deal; and also the smell of Marijuana is very prominent here. Unfortunately unless someone is caught smoking inside there isn’t much that can be done, but the few folks that did get caught smoking were immediately dealt with according to their procedure. With these concerns in mind, I still give my experience a 10/10 or 5/5. Most folks will only be staying here for a few days, but I can confirm that this staff will do everything they can to accommodate you.
After spending 9 hours at the airport and delay after delay my flight ended up being cancelled and I was exhausted. My daughter, who was at home in Florida, jumped online and found this hotel near the airport offering a complimentary shuttle at a reasonable price. There was a little bit of confusion about where I was to catch the shuttle but after I figured that out, it was a short ride to the hotel entrance where check in was fast and I signed up to ride the shuttle back to the airport in the morning. My room was delightfully cool, neat and clean. I slept well in the big comfortable bed then in the morning got up and took a nice hot shower then packed up my things grab the shuttle that was right on time and headed back to the airport if I ever need to I will stay here again.
I booked this hotel for a one-night stay near the airport after missing my connection. The online booking process was easy, and I checked in beforehand, picking up my keys upon arrival. The hotel offers a 24-hour airport shuttle; Antwon, our driver, was great and suggested local restaurants. The front desk agents, Darlene and Andrea, were pleasant, as was our shuttle driver on the morning of August 15th. The room featured a comfortable bed, strong AC, and Dove shower amenities.
My room was clean; however, the elevator was very dirty. More importantly, this serves as a shout-out to Jessica at the front desk! She made the end of a 15-hour long journey fill like a big, welcome back hug! I really appreciated her warmth, courteousness, and sensitivity as it was obvious to me how busy she was.
Upon arrival, hotel was fresh & clean. Hotel front desk was polite & efficient, requested extra blankets the front desk attendant was courteous & delivered them to the room. Location is around a lot of restaurants near BWI… room amenities were perfect for what we needed for our stay, price was affordable as well!

I am so grateful to the front desk staff of this hotel for taking such good care of me during my return from a deployment! I landed at BWI and called the front desk at 3am. They had a driver come pick me up from the nearest door to where I was at the
Slightly dated hotel but the location is great. Staff was busy and still super helpful and polite. Somehow they ran out of breakfast, it must have been a very full hotel all week. Not an issue for me, I used the kitchenette to reheat pizza and make
Nice clean place. Only issue is the bathrooms are dimly lit. There are 2 small lights above the sink and I have a 20/20 vision. I had to use my cell phone to bright the room enough to make sure I didnât hit my toes on the corners. Thatâs not a hu
Checked out this little hole in the wall based on a friend's recommendation and I was glad I did. The samosas were light and not oily and the whole wings were moist inside as were the tandoori chicken. The goat curry and lamb rogan josh were flavorfu
I've been a customer here for over 50 years. From Chuck's to the Pharmacy. The sub shop, the Post Office, Keller's Bakery, the Food Mart. Matsu Japanese restaurant (Love their sushi) and just discovered Flowers Extraordanaire. I love this place.
I discovered this super convenient and very adequate food plaza during a recent stay in the area. This food plaza was very conveniently just located across the street from my hotel. There are many types of food that you can choose from when deciding
We went here for the first time and had a good experience! The food was very good and authentic. The complimentary chips and salsa were one of best that I've had compared to other Mexican restaurants. My husband got shrimp tacos, and they were del
Met a friend here for lunch. We were seated right away. Our server was efficient and attentive. I ordered the Calamari Italiano appetizer and the Fruit of the Sea entree. After the appetizer, that huge salad and the breadsticks (I only ate 1), I
