La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ardmore - Hotel in Ardmore - 2602B Rina Park Rd, USA

This is by far the worst location I’ve stayed at. Mom and I booked yesterday for three nights, looking to stay here for a weekend getaway. When we arrived, I was helped by an African American young lady at the front desk. She was not polite at all, no customer service/small talk what so ever. I am speaking from a manager perspective at a financial institution, the lack of customer service. Anyhow, we got our key card for our room, we entered with our bags. Our room was 215 and we got two queen beds, I laid on the left one from entering the room, instantly felt something crawling on my leg. I looked and saw a small thing crawling, my instant reaction was to grab it with my hands and try to smush it. Not too familiar with any bed bugs/ fleas/ insects. My mom had one on her that jumped and I had one on my leg that didn’t jump. To sum this up, disgusting experience and ruined my stay here from Dallas TX. I immediately asked for a refund and left to another hotel. No regard from upper management. Please look else where if you’re looking for clean and great customer service. Holiday inn was great. I am a very big advocate of you get what you pay for. Paying a pretty penny for a great experience, just to receive this non sense.

The good.So the person that checked us in super sweet had also worked a double shift. The bad the room was filthy dog hair, crumbs, sticky surfaces. Bathroom out of body wash and conditioner. Tv broken and empty roll of toliet paper on roller. Breakfast was ok and when we complained about cleanliness of room they did switch our room. New room had no toliet paper.

Just your average La Quinta inn. They seem to close the breakfast a little early here. The pool was nice and the rooms were clean. Didn't really have a bad smell either.

The staff was so friendly and the rooms were well maintained and clean. They had no problems giving extra towels or recommending a great place to eat. They are pet friendly and made me feel welcome to be there with my dog. I really enjoyed my stay.

Less than expected from LaQuinta. There were no cookies when I walked. The breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean. However, I had to turn the soap dispensers upside down to get anything out. Also, no outlets close to the desk. Fortunately they should be able to fix most of things.

Positive: The room was clean, and has been updated. The entry door on the room is very heavy and hard to open when you are carting anything or trying to get the luggage cart through. Negative: No laundry bag in the room. Negative: ""

I was originally booked here by my insurance company for a prepaid extended stay—while repairs are being made to my property following the recent tornados. So, for the record I didn’t PICK THIS HOTEL! Originally I was content with the choice. The GM Dawnia kinda gave me a bad vibe. But I later discovered that my former supervisor Latrisha Spangler worked there. She’s currently under investigation for discrimination, harassment and retaliation by the OCRE. On Friday 5-24-24 I was called by ALE and told the GM Dawnia Cravitt was shortening my stay and wanted me removed immediately! When I asked her personally “Why” she boldly said “YOU ARE NOT THE PROPER FIT!” 🤯 So racist and unprofessional! I then explained to her that I was not leaving without my son who was at work! She later called me while I was panicking in my room to tell me to hurry up basically. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel! I literally gave her documentation to show Latrisha Spangler was under investigation and Terminated by the Hilton Garden Inn here in Ardmore for racism, bullying and harassment. Oh well they really did me a huge favor. The New Hotel is amazing! And when I told them that I was literally “Put Out!” From this ratchet place. They informed me that Latrisha Spangler had been a former employee of there’s WHO WAS ALSO FIRED! God has an incredible sense of humor! 😂😂😇🔥

We picked La Quinta because we were traveling with our 2pups. I had requested, I thought, 2 queen beds but we were given a room with only 1. The room was clean, but dark, small and reeked of Febreeze. Our clothes from the trip needed several washings to return to a normal fragrance. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast better than I expected with excellent coffee. Price was fair, just not the place for us.
