I regret to express my dissatisfaction with the hotel experience, as several aspects fell below expectations. The physical condition of the premises is subpar, with noticeable peeling on the walls throughout and a lack of maintenance in the exterior grounds. The state of cleanliness in the room was unsatisfactory, exemplified by a filthy shower, an unmade bed upon arrival, and an overall lack of attention to hygiene. Additionally, the presence of holes in the walls and dim lighting in the hallways further contributed to a negative ambiance. The customer service experience, particularly during the night shift, was profoundly disappointing. A specific staff member, a female on duty, displayed a significant lack of professionalism and courtesy. Her behavior towards both myself and my team was notably rude, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. During a late-night request for services, she was observed smoking outside, which is not inherently problematic; however, her subsequent interaction was discourteous and dismissive. Furthermore, during the check-out process, her demeanor became even more unpleasant, treating us with disdain and creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. While I am fortunate that the expenses for this stay were covered by the military, I find it imperative to convey my profound dissatisfaction. I will not consider returning to this hotel in the future, and I would prefer alternative accommodation, even if it means seeking shelter elsewhere. The overall experience, marked by inadequate facilities and deplorable customer service, does not align with the standards one would expect from a reputable establishment..

The first room, the TV, didn't work. The second room that they gave us the fridge didn't work, and we lost some food. Other than those problems, the stay was great, and the staff was terrific. I like LA Quinta.

I chose to stay here because it was close to the airport. I looked at the pictures online and it look like a really nice hotel so I chose this one. Overall it's not a bad hotel but it could have been better. Cons: I found hair on the pillow cases and I had no towels in the bathroom. The inside of the air conditioner needs to be cleaned. Pros: proximity to airport, when I needed anything it was delivered in a timely manner, the receptionist was nice, and the bed was comfortable.

Another hotel where pictures don’t match. Front desk agent was friendly that was the only good. Room wasn’t that clean. Shower head was broken shooting water everywhere. Bed was lumpy pillows completely flat bed sheets felt like sand paper. Tv did not work and they were charging a 100/ night rate. What a joke. Find someplace else to stay.

I am currently a guest at this hotel and utterly dissatisfied. Please do yourself a favor and book else’s where. The rooms are so dated and the amount of patch work areas throughout the room is ridiculous. Knobs missing off the doors as well. Then, the cleanliness is beyond horrid. The carpet was not vacuum and swept in the bathroom. Small pieces of Doritos on the side of our bed and underneath the sink were small piles of accumulated dirt, dust balls, and trash. Thankful I brought my cleaning and disinfectant supplies. Moving to another room would have been the same since multiple family members that are here as well complained about the nature of the rooms. The stairwell smelled like weed. The side entrance door was propped open. That’s dangerous and a safety concern. Once again do yourself a favor and book else where!!!!! Zero stars!

This place could have been so much nicer than it was for the price. at first glance it at all look pretty good but inside the room the showers had mold looking areas at the base by the tub Edge and there was a scallop of drywall cut out and just left there and in general looks like some workers had beat the room up pretty good, some of the furniture had big Nicks out of it and no one has bothered to restain it or touch it up. I was disappointed, the truth was that the possibilities were so much better than it was. I've been in plenty of the la quintas that were nice this one just needs some attention

Positive: The location was convenient. Overall the hotel was all right. Most of the staff were polite and professional. The gentleman that was doing the breakfast I think did a good job, and it was a nice breakfast with eggs. Biscuits gravy can make your own waffle Negative: The reservation was for three adults and two children, there was only two towels, etc. no shampoo and when I went to get those supplies I was told they don¿t supply body wash. The pool had so much mold, growing on the sides that I did not feel safe get

Room was very comfortable! Pet friendly! Only issue was getting our cat from under the bed. ||Swam in the jacuzzi and the pool! ||Cracker Barrel & gas station within walking distance! ||Room was very big and the shower was awesome!
