La parrillada Mexican Grill - Mexican restaurant in New Castle - 188 Penn Mart Shopping Center, USA

It is hands down the most authentic Mexican restaurant I've been too. If any "Mexican restaurant" serves you flour tortillas- run away. I was beyond impressed by the service and the quality of the food. Everything was delicious. We will be coming back to try other items. We had the empanadas and two dishes recommended by our server. I forgot their names. Their hibiscus tea drink is delicious. Wish I had enough room for dessert.

Very nice restaurant, great ambiance, clean and the food was delicious. The service was great, they were very friendly and polite. I recommend the Tampiqueña and their aguas frescas. Also, don’t skip the Nachos they were phenomenal! Definitely come support this local business!

Very kind workers, great food and very authentic! The chicken have great flavor/seasoning, the salsa is good too! The queso birria with the broth is probably the best queso birria i ever had, not greasy as others and amazing flavors! And the desserts were good too! I RECOMMEND!!!

Great tacos. Chips and salsa were fine. Pastor had excellent flavor and the spicy salsa is very spicy. Can't wait to come back. Prices are very cheap too.

I have ordered here about three times so far. The food has always been wonderful so delicious and addicting lol. The last time I ordered here I decided to order off of DoorDash because I couldn’t go there in person. The person that was supposed to be delivered my food decided to steal it & I never received my food. So I called the restaurant and let them know what happened. I talk to the lady name Lea in the front and the owner got on the phone as well and told me to come in and they replace my food no extra charge. I found that to be so sweet and generous of them because they really didn’t have to replace my food. The owner was so kind and came out in person to talk to me about what had happened with my order. I will always be a customer.Thanks Again.

There are approximately 10 Mexican restaurants near me. This restaurant is by far the best. Try the Carne asada burrito with French fries..... so good.

Cute little place. Very authentic. Superb service. Worth the stop. Superior to chain Mexican. Little tricky to find at night. It’s next to the dance studio.

As someone who lives in Delaware there isn’t a lot of good Mexican food and honestly haven’t found any restaurant that I actually like. But when I came here to La Parrillada that’s when I finally found good Mexican food as close to perfection. I order a torta de milanesa that was really good and filling. Usually when I order tortas there would always be a con like it being to messy or not enough toppings or flavor even, making me pick out things from my food. But this torta was perfect it was flavorful and also had something that was a little different being the fried cheese that really gave it a nice flavor. I also got churros that had filing as a dessert and there were warm and delicious.
