La Mirage Inn - Motel in Long Beach - 701 W Pacific Coast Hwy, USA

The room was poorly furnished. The bathroom needs to be updated. The venue is located right on the highway that is used by large and noisy 18 wheelers. The manager was friendly at first. When I checked out 4 days later, I realized that I had forgotten my "murse" (male purse); I was in Los Angeles and at 3:00 AM I drove back to the La Mirage. It took about an hour to get the attention of the manager. I found my murse in the night stand but all my money was missing! He said that no one had been in the room and that his cleaning lady would not have taken the money. I got robbed of a large amount of money. I will NEVER return to this motel nor will I recommend it to others. THE BEST THING I CAN SAY IS TO JUST KEEP AWAY!

Not worth or safe going there. I got robbed there. The neighborhood is not the very best. The trucks on the highway are noisy all day. The furniture has not been updated in what seems like in years. The bed sheets don't seem to be washed.

First of all I would like to say that Customer service was awful. My husband and I were very upset. That lady that worked the front desk was rude and not helpful. Second of all we stayed for 5 days and they did not give us towels nor clean the room, etc. She then told us that we could not have visitors and coming from Utah we wanted a few of our friends to go out to dinner with us and so our friends came to the hotel to pick us up and she told us we could not have visitors. How RUDE. The heater also sounded like there was a dead cat... the towels felt like toilet paper. They soaked up water with just drying off one side of your leg... they also didn’t want to give us an extra roll of toilet paper. I asked for an extra sheet so I could myself change the linen, which the rude lady said I couldn’t have one because there washer was not working. Never even asked to take out our trash nor clean our room. Very disappointing hotel and my husband and i are even more disappointed one the price we had to pay. The hot water also took a while to warm up. I myself am a housekeeper and this was the worst place ever. Especially costomer service... family owned business. Y’all need to work on your friendliness..... and maybe do some deep cleaning every once in a while.... I won’t be returning. Just giving everybody a great head up, don’t stay in this motel...

The bed was huge, wall paper was pretty. You can tell there's effort in making the place nice. However, the drawers didnt close the floor is sinking in by the restroom (for sure water damage) the hangers didn't match. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Very affordable, Ethan was very nice too me and my husband and family. He made us all feel welcome. The room was clean and spacious. There wasn't any house keeping. But I think they were short-handed. But it was a safe place to stay. Very well lit at night. My family enjoyed our stay. Thank you! Ask for Ethan he is cool!😁

Aside from the subtle upkeep on the plumbing room was decent. Fridge and micro available in standard room. There are 2 avg. Sized hot tub rooms available for $170. Room is spacious for comfortable rendezvous 😉. Small convenience store, tattoo shop and Goodwill in walking distance.

Even though the manager isn't always in a good mood both her and her husband are very nice and the rooms are always clean. It's the only hotel I've ever seen that constantly wash the blankets not just the sheets.

Will not stay here ever again , poor room, not Well maintenance , toilet seat broken , chair stained and broken , no fire alarm , the air conditioner was very disgusting I shouldn’t even turned it on I think it had mole growing already , felt sticky in the room , it said non smoking but it smelled like smoke it was too expensive $110 it was non refundable so I was stuck ….. my son woke up with a allergic reaction… Bad bad DONT GET IT EVEN IF THAT UR LAST OPTION AND EVERY ONE ELSE IS BOOKED !!!! Is BETTER SLEEING IN UR CAR !!!!!!!
