This is hands down the best Mexican food I have had in my entire life. I started with their Wednesday Taco (pictured) deal and it quickly became my every Wednesday lunch because it was amazing food at a great price. I took my wife and our 12 and 9 year old daughter's this past weekend and we all agreed that it was the best meal we'd had in a long time.

Best iv had yet...I got the steak chipotle tacos and I already can't wait to go back...the dip sampler was amazing as well...service was spot on and had to take a double look at receipt...it was cheaper than I expected 👏 😋 ...worth the hour drive for sure

Best, most authentic Mexican food in the area. Can't go wrong with anything you order! Service is fast and friendly.

I grew up about 2 or 3 blocks from where this restaurant is located. Had it been there when I made the decision to join the military, I might have stayed home lol. Seriously, I have been able to pass through Defiance a few times due to my job and have made it a point to eat there with my aunt & uncle. I have tried different items on the menu and then I see others plates come out and I want to try that next time. My wife is Mexican-American and cooks old school, the recipes used at La Jaliscience are flavorful and you can tell somebody has put some time into them in the kitchen. It’s not just something plopped out of a can and heated up. My only complaint is someone needs to fix that lady’s hair 😂

Once again and the third time my teenage daughter and her friend feel uncomfortable because men loitering inside and outside creepily stare at them while they try to enjoy their food and eat in peace. Odd environment for a restaurant.
