La Hacienda Real | West Salem - Mexican restaurant in Salem - 475 Taggart Dr, USA

Service was great, had our table ready with Chips and salsa before we sat down. The food was hot, and the food i had was the fajita salad. It had amazing flavor. The portions are very decent in size, and there was still some to box up and take home. The service was good. I am only giving this restaurant 4 stars, because there was some room for improvement, but my family and I will go back at some time again. I recommend this place if you need a good Mexican restaurant to enjoy while in West salem. 😋

This is NOT even close to the one in Keizer! I was super shocked to find out it was a sister restaurant. Service was almost annoyed we were there when we came in. She seated us and disappeared. The lady taking our drink order actually huffed when we said water and a cola. When she came back she sat the drink down and turned to the table across from us....and took their order!!! They came in after us and she didn't even ask if we were ready. I hate to say this stop was bad because I love the OTHER lactation but, this was bad. Good was out in less than 10 minutes so no surprise it was glorified microwave leftovers. Flavorless muck on a plate. Salsa was the brightest thing and when I asked for a salsa that was hot, she brought me a brown salsa with chili flakes...not hot at all. The atmosphere was super cute with a bright playfully Mexican vibe....love the tile work. Clean and no sticky when you sit. Food and service is why they only get three stars

Super good. Staff was not bad but didnt really do anything beyond take the order and give the check. Would love to return however. Amazing steak fajita burrito! Almost ordered a second one!

We came for dinner out with friends. Service was quick and friendly. Pricing was decent. The only thing that could be improved upon are the bar drinks. My friends margarita was not properly done, it was layered like a dessert and all of the alcohol ended up in one spot. My Tequila Sunrise was very strong. It was as if the alcohol had not been measured and just dumped. I would most likely return, but maybe no bar drinks next time.

I ordered Ensalata Jalisco for the first time. I was disappointed with the size of the grilled chicken and it was so thin and small. It was misperception of the picture on their menu. I could order something else for the high price I paid just on salad itself.. 🙁

My family and friends really like this place! The food is tasty, with friendly service and reasonable prices. They do serve alcohol so you can have a beer, wine, or Margherita. And the decor is great - visitors are always pleased!

I was not impressed with their food. The enchiladas de crema, were no different than a regular enchilada, barely had any cheese. I've had better rice and beans. I have not been happy with their food the last couple of times I've gone. This includes the one on Commercial as well. Not sure what's going on. I included a pic of the enchiladas and tamale plate as well

This building is a work of art. Worth visiting just for the interior decor. The service was good, food typical, and prices average. Good, convenient location in West Salem.
