La Enchilada Mexican Food - Mexican restaurant in Montebello - 2575 Via Campo, USA

My hubby tried this place out during lunch time one day and he brought back an asada burrito for me to try knowing I'd love it. Sure enough, after the first couple of bites I knew this would be a spot we would frequent thereafter. We live on the other side of town, but have been back since my first bite to try the burrito enchilada and a few tacos of cabeza, chicken and asada. All were equally delicious. I also enjoyed their salsa verde, zesty and more on the cilantro herby side of taste. The burrito enchilada was heavy on the sour cream, but we know to ask for less next time. The wait time was a bit lengthy, but I appreciated the cleanliness and how spacious the restaurant is. We'll be back to try the other delicious items on the menu!

We love their breakfast dishes. We've also several dinner dishes, todo está muy sabroso. Ask for their spicy salsa on the side, it's legit! Affordable food as well.

The food is fresh and delicious. The service is pleasant. We love the combo platters. They have specials per weekday such as Tacos Tuesday where most of the tacos (asada, carnitas, pollo, al pastor) are $1.75 each. Restaurant is clean and spacious. Definitely a place to frequent.

Had 2 sopes of carne asada. So delicious, super sweet cashier . I only ate 1 because they were so big. .

No complaints I been going there at least twice a month, and mom and my son love it as well. My son loves the tacos the cabeza.

Great tasting Mexican Food restaurant. It was my first visit and the place got busy after my order was placed and the service continued and my wait was not long. The food was delicious. I ordered: enchiladas suizas, Menudo, torta milanesa, tacos de Carnitas, tacos dorados de res... According to my family all food was great. We're coming back!

This location is inside a shopping plaza where the old Pioneer chicken was. It is large with about a dozen 4 seat tables. The menu is large and they had a digital musical setup with an entertainer on the hand to sing the Sunday afternoon we were there. The kids nugget meal was Dino Nighets from Costco with tasty fries. The enchiladas were good and the taquitos were crunchy and smothered on guacamole sauce and sour cream.

Great restaurant to eat with your family or friends. It is very clean and has many tables. The food tastes great! The horchata tastes homeade. The prices are decent. Highly recommend this place. I will definitely go back.
