Spent a night here and didn’t have a problem with the room. It was clean, spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfy and had no complaints. We had breakfast too, there was a fair bit of choice so you won’t go hungry as there is something for everyone. The only thing I wasn’t impressed with was the car parks, because this is a casino too the spaces are full with the punters so after driving round a couple times we ended up parking underneath. Other than that no problems at all.

The lack of variety quickly became noticeable during my stay of over a week, with the menu remaining unchanged day after day. The pastries, disappointingly, did not taste fresh. That said, the waffle stood out as a delightful exception, though the experience could have been enhanced with the addition of fresh fruits, adding a much-needed burst of flavor and color to the morning meal.On a positive note, the hotel excels in its cleanliness and customer service. Room cleaning was conducted diligently on a daily basis, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic living space throughout my stay. On an occasion where the hotel was short-staffed, I appreciated the proactive communication from the management, informing me of the situation, which demonstrates their commi**ent to guest satisfaction.For those traveling by car, the hotel is an excellent choice, offering complimentary and secure parking facilities. This is a significant convenience, considering the logistics and costs associated with parking in urban areas. Moreover, for guests looking to explore the city via public transportation, there is a metro station within a 10-minute walk. However, it's worth noting that the route includes passing through some less appealing areas, which might not feel comfortable for all travelers.In conclusion, this hotel serves well for guests with specific needs—namely, those prioritizing proximity to the airport, requiring parking, or on a business visit. Hotel bien pour un court séjour. Proche d'une zone commerçante et voie rapide. Lit confortable. Propreté pas extra peut facilement mieux faire...ex : sol de la salle de bain qui collait. Parking gratuit+/

The K mattress & pillows were very comfortable. The room was very spacious & quiet. Cynthia from front desk was very accommodating for my request & had a great stay. The staff were friendly, courteous & efficient. The gated covered parking came in handy for the storm & I appreciate they have 3 well functioning luggage carts for guest use. Gateway Towne Center is within walking, 1 block to Best Buy, Marshalls, etc.

Rooms outdated, especially the bathroom and shower. AC very loud and hard to temperature control. Location is not a good choice and far from everything. The breakfast is just a scam and only one kitchen employee left to handle all guests with most food gone quickly without refilling. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Semi Truck Parking, IF you stay at the Hotel. & The employees are Wonderful. The Rooms are Great. But the Breakfast really, really, Sucks. I Love Potato Salad, but this one is the worst ever. No Flavor. Zero Flavor. Horrible Ham, Horrible baked goods, etc.

The location is good beside a mall but it’s not close to any attractions. Breakfast had varied options but was low quality for most part, although there was bacon one day. The butter was not butter….Room service was good and fast when we needed pillows. We saw a 2 inch cockroach in the hallway on 5th floor, which was off putting. It felt like a 3 star experience. Nothing special. Didn’t go to the casino or the on site restaurant. Also wanted to use bathtub but there’s no way to close the drain and they don’t have any plugs available.

The stay was really nice and pleasant. I would definitely recommend going here. Good complimentary bf and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very welcoming and they even upgraded our room. Only cons is that the hotel is 30 mins away from LA and 50mins from Universal studios if there is traffic.
