We reserved a two bedroom, two bathroom condo through RCI twelve months in advance. This was one of the few properties available in the area we wanted. The property is older. However, there was construction and repairs being done while we were there. You will definitely need a car to get around. Fortunately, we had one. It is a very long walk to any grocery stores or eateries. The property does have direct beach access. You will need to remember to wear your wristband that will get you into and out of the property. If you want fresh towels, you will need to make the exchange before 3pm. You may need to wait for the attendant to return. There is a laundry room with 4 dryers and 4 washing machines for the whole property. Unfortunately, one of the washing machines was out of order. You will want to make sure to do laundry either early morning or late evening as there is usually a wait. The front desk may be able to make change for quarters as the machine only takes quarters. ***Be careful to put your coins for the correct machine. Several people added money in error to the machine that was already in use. Needless to say, they were not happy adding even more time to someone else's dryer. Unfortunately, this happened often. We did not stay our full week. We left after 3 days. We decided to move to a much better beach resort.

The staff is great; friendly, helpful. We were allowed early check in always appreciated after long drive, or move from nearby resort. Our unit was a studio, clean , well equipped, but we had some visitors in the shape of palmetto bugs (Florida name for a small cockroach). The studio had a full kitchen, but the aisle to the bathroom was so narrow that the fridge door could not open fully. Murphy bed was comfortable. Small closet between kitchen and bath would only hold small luggage for storage. Three drawer dresser handled our clothing; small bath counter for bath and shower stuff ( under sink adequate though. Had nice studio unit at end of building with patio (120). All necessary item, well stocked kitchen. Full kitchen includes dishwasher. Living/dining where murphy located also has couch chair and dining table . Studio suitable for 2 only.

Basic place, looks more like a hotel. We got there around 8pm and the only person there was security, no hotel attendant. We reserved a 2 room and they put us in a 1 room. When we went to the front desk, again security was the only one there, she gave us another 1 room, in a different building. She told us we had to wait for the next day to talk to the manager. Next day, still had to wait until someone came in. Then when we were told that they only have one 2 bedroom and they are not sure how we were able to reserve it. The pull out couch was covered in sand. Just not the best experience.

This was probably a legitimate resort 30 years ago. Now it’s a decently-priced place where one gets an ok room. The good - walk to the beach was quick and nice - room was clean - great to have a kitchen with a full-sized fridge - quiet location - view of ocean The bad - took forever for the shower to get to a warm temperature. Rarely was it hot. - AC units are extremely loud. We were lucky it was cool out at night so we ended up cracking the window and slept much better - tiny bedroom. We weren’t sure where to put our luggage as there was no room in the bedroom or closet. The drawers are in the sitting area so we had our luggage out there. - just felt like an old place - don’t do the “free breakfast” presentation for a stay. The free breakfast was a microwavable breakfast sandwich - one of the gates to get into the property never locked (come to think of it, people could simply enter from the beach as well)

If I could give it a 0 I would. We bought a package where we supposedly got a free stay at a luxurious resort for listening to a 60-90 minute preview, which ended up being 4 hours. We were told we would have ocean view. The place is very dirty, you will not want to walk on floor without shoes on. We got a Murphy bed that was terribly uncomfortable and had difficulty sleeping. There is no central air, just air conditioner for each room that is very loud. There is only 1 elevator in 1 of the buildings and you need to walk to it and around to your room. You cannot even fit on elevator with the luggage cart without being the only 1 in the elevator and then it is still difficult to do. The inside stair ways are dirty and looked like the were out of a scary movie. The outdoor air conditioners had mold on them. When I addressed all of this at preview I was told they had to save better units for owners. I asked them who would buy in if they were placed there, they just talked around the fact. After we declined purchasing we were told to go to front desk for gifts we got for coming. They were going to activate another 149 on our credit card to hold the spot. I told them no way. On your way out they want you to sign several forms. I addressed that some people on this site stated they took their 150 for incidentals and never refunded it. I was assured by the girl we talked to that this never happened that she was aware of. Going to check out tomorrow and ask for a statement that my 150.00 was just on hold. I will definitely post here if I have to fight this for them charging my card. Be very aware if it sounds too good to be true it is! Terrible ammenities!

On the Beach, lots of pools (one under construction), friendly and helpful staff, close to stores and restaurants. No activity director during our visit, no evening activities. Entertainment was within walking distance or a short drive.

First off the path to the beach is awesome! You are right there!! I’ll do pros and cons for this accommodation. Cons: |1- Super slow check in process. We were standing there over 25 minutes with many customers in line behind us. |2- All of the rental units are Sunday to Saturday so if you are visiting mid week to mid week they will change your room without any notice which means if you leave your room at 9am and then return after 10am your key will no longer work because your room has been moved. We were not told this at check in nor is it on the website during booking through their website. |3- the pools are not for everyone. One pool is only for owners. One pool and hot tub are closed for ? Reason. One pool is for everyone. |4- the windows to room 323 do not open so the only chance you have at having a breeze or hearing the ocean is by propping open the patio door (no screen).|5- There are no convenient or grocery stores within walking distance.|The Pros:|1- the proximity to a clean, quiet beach is prime.|2- check in staff are very nice and respectful. |3- the room and furnishings are clean along with fluffy soft towels and washcloths. Pillows were acceptable. |4- Shower was great, Water pressure and shower head spot on.|5- Murphy bed in my room was pretty comfortable!|6- My ocean view room (323) had a great view with trees to the left and full ocean view otherwise. |7- WI-FI worked like a charm. |8- the Circuit (Pompano’s free local ride service) was THE BEST! Just download the app and its so easy to use. ||Overall, would I return? I might but now that I know the layout better I probably would try to get a little closer to a mini mart or grocery store since I don’t typically rent a car. The way they were going to move my room mid stay without even notifying me seems slightly sketchy at best.

Resort is in a great location, plenty of privacy, always request a ocean view balcony when booking reservations for the best view, and the sana on site is a definite plus, loved the grills as well, and a Publix grocery store is within 5 minutes of the resort.
