Great Hotel, Good Experience. Great Staff. Rooms Newly Renovated and New Management is Awesome!! I don’t know why people rated this hotel poorly but it looks like there is new management and they have made renovations. Great Hotel
It was horrible the room was out of date it smelled gross there were stains on the furniture and on the walls. The water for the shower didn’t feel right the ceiling fan looked like it was gonna fall on me the refrigerator was stained on the inside the AC didn’t even work it was hot in the room it didn’t feel safe staying there the only good thing was the tv and the pool.
I needed to come to Alamo because my mom was in the hospital. This hotel was perfect for this kind of stay. I wasn't really here much except to sleep and shower. I even stayed a couple of nights at the hospital. The price was reasonable and the room was comfortable. However, the shower left a lot to be desired. Could have been cleaner (I don't have long black hair) and didn't work well. Also the complimentary breakfast virtually didn't exist. The staff was very nice and my stay was pleasant.
Worst hotel ever. I personally work at a hotel and this hotel was beyond the worst. NO pool towels, gum on the desk, fridge has a spill of some sort in there.. I asked for extra towels, had to explain why I wanted extra towels, and explain how many people are in the room. I am a guest i should be able to just get extra towels with no question ask. There was not even a laundry bag inside the room.. NEVER AGAIN HIGH DON'T RECOMMEN
bad staff, they are so rude and the front desk lady is the worst one of them all, second thought everyone is! i wanted to pay my room early it was about 8 am and the rent is due at 11 am, the front lady said “ come back later i was asleep “ uhhh ? idc it’s ur job, don’t sleep in ur job, she also said “ why don’t you pay for a whole week instead of coming back everyday “ why are you asking me these questions, texas inn and this hotel are the worst
Very rude lady in the front . Went to stay because there was an outage, turns out that their lights went out too!. We had only been at the motel for 4 hrs in when the lights went out. Went to the front to ask for our $ back since it had only been a few hrs. We told the lady “can we have our $ back , we have kids & a new born ,we want to go to a different hotel” she had the audacity to say “I don’t care if you have kids that’s not my fault if you want to call the cops go ahead” then closed the window!! To top it all off I had seen a rat running across the room right before the lights went off 🤮 don’t recommend at all!
Worst hotel experience. Refrigerator didn't work, room was filthy with hair in the bathroom and an old piece of fruit behind the dresser. We were on the first floor and the people above us were so noisy, we got no rest. The hotel rooms need fixing up. There were holes in the wall, and tiles missing from the wall and the floor. Beyond disappointed.
I paid over 100 dollars for my room. The key machine to enter the room wasnt working they had to open the window and then open it they never came to fix it. The room smelled like Raid. We didn't have pillow cases or towels until 6 pm i got my room at 2. The mini fridge wasnt working either 😏. The rooms are nice just needs more maintenance.
This HEB is always great to me. Very close to me and the staff are always attentive and ready to help. The store is always clean whenever I go and items are easy to find. The store is open real late which comes in clutch when I'm in need of some last
The wife and I love this place, a meal package for 2 (beans and rices, half of a chicken, 1/2 lb of fajita, 1/2 lb of sausage, 2 full ribs plus tortillas and a 2 liter soda) for around 30, really good. The flavor, wow, if your looking for a differen
Tacos are 2nd to none. Definitely a place to stop especially if you're Looking for off the path and excellent food. Going to Definitely make this a regular stop.
- The decor is synonymous with what you would find in a rustic, norteño setting. Situated in the corner of a small plaza, this Mexican restaurant is large, with plenty of seating. Very busy, but the service was reasonably quick. We were seated almos
