La Center Motel - Motel in La Center - 474 W Kentucky Dr, USA

It's a local place for folks traveling for work mostly. Not 5 ☆, but has everything you need to get a good night's sleep for work. It's an older dated and could use a reno, but couldn't we all. The beds are decent, microwave, mini-fridge, TV, hot water and close to food. It's a good place for a working traveling man (or woman to crash for a few nights or a few weeks

Came in early and was met with immediate service, and set up into a room quickly. Unfortunately our room had a miss up and we ended up in a smoking room instead of a non smoking. Due to the severity of my GF's asthma, this would not work and before we could do much about it, the staff corrected it. They were extremely kind and passionate ensuring that this mishap was not an intentional decision. With all things considered, this was a very good experience. Where everything nearby was charging an arm and a leg bc of the eclipse, they stayed with a fair price and exception service. I appreciate all of their effort and I am truly grateful that we were treated like a priority.

The only drawback was the smoke detector beeping low battery all night. Otherwise great place and stay. No bugs!

Overall it was very great stay for us. We stayed 4 days and staff is so friendly. They have given new rooms with great furniture. While we stayed they installed new dryer and washer which was so helpful for us. Highly recommended place to stay with family and friends.

Currently in progress... will update, had to be moved rooms as toilet inoperative and no toilet paper.... staff seems nice but then, with no warning whatsoever, they shut water off to fix toilet in my old room and shut mine off as well... while I was in shower.....

Very clean room and friendly staff. We came in at around 2am in the pouring rain and rang bell and they came quickly to get us checked in. Love that we can park right by the door to carry our stuff in especially in bad weather. And was super surprised at how clean the room was and how lovely it smelled. I highly recommend staying here. I found via Google search and reading reviews of hotels in the area. Was super affordable also! Great hidden gem and has a great restaurant down the rd called The Farm and a dollar general if you forget or need anything while traveling.

I am so very happy to say that the staff is very welcomeing and friendly.the rooms are very clean and comfortable beds.i have been a costumer for 2 years when I'm home and I will continue to be a costumer.very friendly and caring staff.

Staff is the best I have come across in my travels.
