Ordered some delicious tacos online from here. Excellent tacos. Unfortunately you must order through Grub Hub and I found out later that Taco Tuesday (today) all tacos are $1.50. You do not get that discount with an online order and pickup. I’ll know better next time. Will definitely eat here again.

Chips and salsa were excellent! I have to admit I was confused as our tacos didn't look anything like any of the photos on here. They were only 1 layer of tortilla ( 1 flour and these all appear to be 2 layers, 1 each flour and corn? ) and smaller than we expected...but they were delicious! Probably the best ones I have ever had. It did take a few minutes to get them and no one else was in there and they weren't really that hot so that was confusing as well. The waitress was very friendly and it was clean inside. We will be going back for sure to try something new.

My son and I have been going here for taco Tuesday for the last month. Their $1.50 tacos on Tuesdays are awesome. Great atmosphere as well, service is friendly and attentive.

I’ve been to La Catrina a handful of times and it has always been delicious. The App State Cabarrus County Alumni Chapter worked with the owner, Armando, to host a viewing party for the Texas A&M game. Armando was extremely accommodating and made sure we had the game on every TV. The food was delicious as always and service attentive. We had a great turnout and everyone enjoyed themselves, especially the big win! Thanks again for everything Armando and La Catrina!

Food is AMAZING!! Armando and staff strive to take care of their customers. Great drinks and food. Coconut Margarita is amazing. Fresh chips and salsa, street tacos burritos are amazing.

I have been a patron of La Catrina for over a year. The food was so great up until about 2 months ago. Since then it seems they have been cutting corners on all of their food. I went there tonight to order the STEAK quesadillas. What I received was old, over-cooked gross meat that wasn’t even hamburger. I am so upset that they have gone down so quick. It seems they have new ownership that cuts so many corners. A steak quesadilla plate used to come with rice and beans. Now it’s a gross iceberg “kinda” salad that is no way Mexican. They have lost their way and now I will never go back. It’s sad to see that they are no longer Mexican. I’ll take my business elsewhere. So sad as I loved it and now it’s just gross. I ate one bite of the meal I paid $30 for tonight and threw the rest in the garbage. So sad to see them sell out and cut corners.

The food is good but the service could use some TLC. I know it's hard working with the public but most service industries have turned into moving corpses and can barley crack a smile & wait on you. I've started marking them off of my list of places to go. Ugh
