Beautiful layout. Very clean and very well maintained property. Condo style setup. The rents are $175/MN. The costs of purchasing a home are high like everywhere else but not outta site yet. Places sell very quickly in 2 days. Lots of activities and areas to do them. Very nice folks living year round here. Controlled entrance with 24/7. Really great place all and all.
LA CASA has 2 pools, 2 hot tubs ,sauna, billiards and lots of crafts and hobby classes
I had stained a drive way about a month ago in this mobile home resort and every time I went through the front gate I was always stopped and asked for my ID and where I was going. You would have thought I was going to see the president haha Every safe and EVERYONE was friendly. Not with just me but with one another also! Everyone was happy and active seems like a great place to be to me!
This wonderful community hosted the best Christmas light display ever!
I know a few different couples that live here and during visits to see them with invites for dinner and BBQ, I've had the best time. The community of is spotless clean, incredible Christmas light displays, amenities are abundant and people say hello and wave that I don't even know. Thinking of selling my house to move their!!
It's a great place to live. One of the better mobile home parks on the west side of north port. They have 2 clean pools, hot tub, fitness room, and tennis. Everyone is super friendly. 24 manned security. Plenty of activies and clubs to join.
I don't live in this community but I toured it last March with my husband, sister & brother-in-law. I can't say enough on how impressed we were. It's so lovely and the staff in the office were extremely nice! I believe "Bunny" was our tour guide and she was great. Hope to be a homeowner there sometime in the near future. We look at the website often!
There is great pride in the community. At Christmas it's a winter wonderland of Holiday lights. The community is invited on certain nights to drive through to enjoy this beautiful display.

This complex is amazing compared with the fields in El Paso, TX. The four little league fields are so well groomed, grass, baseline and most definitely the batters boxes. I was so impressed I sent pictures to my 8 YO son so he could see them.
