The food was really good. I had the fish tacos and my girlfriend had the chicken and steak fajitas. Both were delicious. Service was really good. Salsa is hot so be prepared. It's more like chili. Atmosphere is nice and clean. Music is louder then I would like. I always wonder why some places play music so loud? Beer was cold and served in cold glasses. I would love to come back and try some of the other dishes. They do offer a happy hour menu. I saw menudo on the list.
We use to go to their old location I'm Whittier. Different vibe but same great food.
Service was quick and attentive.

Food was so/so....albóndiga soup tasted like it was made the day before because the meatballs didn't taste fresh, tortilla soup was ok. The happy hour tacos de asada, mulitas de asada, taquitos de pollo were ok. Everything could have been made with more soul if you know what I mean. Beans kinda tasted like rosarito canned beans mixed with Peruvian beans. Up in the air if I'll be coming back.
Good service. Portions are just right. Food is typical home style mexican cuisine. Seating is a bit limited but I actually believe it helps the overall atmosphere as it creates a cool vibe and liveliness.
Servers are friendly and courteous. Can't go wrong with this spot if you're craving some good mexican food 😎✌️
It is a great place to have authentic, delicious Mexican food. Once you open the menu, you want to order everything. The aguachiles are my favorite amongst a lot more, and the specialty drinks are a must. Great atmosphere, staff, and friendly.
Well, this place has good food. But the service could be better. Today was the first time here. I can say the food is on point the waiter wasn't on point like the food but overall it was OK. I might go back in a few months but hopefully the server will be better. 🤔🤷♂️ hopefully.
First time going here and the food was pretty good. We tried the chicken taquitos, shrimp tostada, and asada nachos. For drinks we tried a mango lemonade, a michelada with pacifico beer, and a mix drink called El Gauche that had a bad after taste. The other 2 drinks were good and so was the food.
Food was good and so was the service! It was a nice and pleasant visit, might come back not sure yet but overall this location was overall just ok.

Thank God El Tepayec is GONE . New place El Rey is amazing. Food Very good. Prices Very good . Pozole is very Tasty . I would recommend if your in the Area Stop in. We are Definitely coming Back.
Crunchy shrimp tacos were incredible. Shrimp was crispy but not burnt, and had no heavy oil flavor. The sauce was *chefs kiss* husband had chicken enchiladas with spicy green sauce. Such diverse flavors between the two meals! We'll be back for sure!

Nice little neighborhood park. My daughter and grandson take soccer lessons there. We take them, to the playground after lessons. I really like this fenced in park. They also have basketball courts.
