L’ Rancho - American restaurant in Arab - 41 N Main St, USA

You hear “Best burger in town!” all the time, so I’m not gonna say it. What I will say is that L’ Rancho is by far the most authentic, quaint, cozy, home style country restaurants I’ve been to in a very long time. Located in historic downtown Arab, it preserves and reflects the local small town atmosphere. Standard burger, sandwich and fried stuff on the menu. Delicious and affordable. It’s a welcome step back in time. And, by the way, that burger is truly amazing!

The food was real good! Has that “hole-in-the-wall” feel that all the best restaurants have! Can’t wait to come back and try it again! The Slop fries were amazing along with their delicious crispy onion rings!

Located right on Main St in downtown Arab. Cute and clean. Our server was personable and very attentive. We ordered the band wagon which are French fries covered in queso and bacon. They were accommodating when we asked for it the queso to be on the side. The fries are hand cut and SO delicious. We also ordered buffalo wings with onion rings and a cheeseburger. The burger was juicy and came with more of the delicious fries! The wings were hot and crispy the only downside was they did not serve them with blue cheese but GET EXTRA honey mustard aoli to dip your onion rings in! It was the most delicious sauce I’ve ever had! We will definitely make another visit!!!

Arab’s best! Food was excellent, fresh, prepared by hand and served up hot with a friendly smile. Each item I have tried has it’s own unique homemade flavor. Grandma would be jealous! Atmosphere is warm and inviting. Thank you! We will be back 😊

We went for dinner one evening. Service was a bit slow because there was only one waitress working it seemed. However, she was very friendly and accommodating. Food was cooked to order so it took a few minutes to fry the chicken and grill the burgers. The quality and flavors of the food were outstanding. My husband and I both had chicken sandwiches, his piece of chicken was much larger than mine, and the portion of fries/rings on our small plates was much smaller than some of the other patrons around us. I will say, $12 for a chicken sammich and fries served on a tiny plate was a bit high and I was still hungry. :/ Again the flavor was amazing but disappointed in the portion size.

What wonderful wings and fries! Melt in your mouth fall off the bone tender; you got to give it a try. I have ate here many times over the years as owners and menus have changed…and I do have to say right off, that I know the new owner personally. He has been in or around the restaurant business most of his life. I was impressed with the menu he has created and was a little surprised as his feature menu item was hot wings with his signature and unique sauce flavors. My husband and I live in Nashville and actually started making our own hot wings because we cannot find anywhere close that you can get good wings. So, on one of my trips back home to Alabama, I stopped by to say hello and grab a quick bite, ironically with his mom. I decided to try the hot wings and I am really glad I did, fall off the bone melt in your mouth delicious and the homemade fries that come with are fantastic! When I got home and told my husband he was so upset that I didn't get him any to go… You may think I am biased and maybe I am but you are not going to know unless you try them out for yourself. I do not think you will be disappointed. Fantastic food, service and price.

Cute little place in a cute little town. Burgers are great, chicken sammiches tasty (I chose the Rooster). Good fries, onion rings some of the best I've had. Servers are all super sweet and the chef always checks to make sure the meal was to standard. Worth the money, for sure.

Love this place! The food is great. Hand cut fries, homemade onion rings and great hamburgers. All of the sauces are made from scratch. The owner, Jonathan, and his staff are so friendly. Would highly recommend this place!
