Theresa was pleasant and friendly. The room was comfy and cozy and at a decent price based on other hotels in the area. Its in a decent area with PLENTY of restaurants and shopping around. I felt safe and relaxed.

I stayed for a couple of nights and it was decent. Aldi, McDonald's, Denny's in the walking distance. I can't complain. Of cours it looks a little bit worn off but that seem to be the rule in the most of the motels.

Terrible experience. The polish owner is very mean, even to her own kind. She creates problems for her guest they have very strange unfair rules. Owner is bad for business she looses customers. Poor customer service. Woke me to tell me I have to leave for two hours so they could clean room when I just checked in day before I try to explain the room is not dirty she threat to kick you out. I decided to not stay longer an get my money back an find another place. I stay in motels all over Chicago an this is by far one of the worst would not recommend for anyone. I am very clean an quiet respectful person with job this women at from desk her name is Teresa becareful she will give you problems. Not worth the money waste of time I give this place a negative five stars.

I stayed here over a week and it's a nice inexpensive place and worth the money. It's clean with a flat screen television and a small refrigerator. Most importantly it's a quite and safe place. The management is friendly and they keep out the noisy people. There's plenty of pizza places and fast food places nearby too.

started going to this motel a while back and ever since ive enjoyed the visits. Not your average 4 star hotel but ive never had a problem there. yes, maybe the carpet doesnt match the drapes but it sure is clean and spacious. TV might be old but who cares. it hasnt failed me. Def recommend if you need to stay for a few days. you got the mall a block away , grocery and breakfast next door and the store in front.

The rooms are like walking into the past. Everything is outdated. The wifi doesnt work at all and the length of the pass word is ridiculous. Customer service is obviously something they dont care about. The maids dont change the sheets on the bed, dont wipe down anything, and dont wanna clean period. The maid complained that my room was dirty because of a few crumbs on the floor and she did not want to do her job. For a majority of the day I seen the sizedmaids sitting outside smoking in there little set up they have at the end of the building. They stat quren size beds but there only full sized beds. Everyone who works here is lazy and have horrible attitudes and the owner is blind to it maybe because there all Polish. This is the type of place you bring a prostitute to. Will never stay again and I advise everyone to stay away.

I've stayed here a couple times with friends. The rooms/motel are basic. It's obviously a cheap motel. But it's nice, clean, no roaches or rodents. And you can actually smoke here. And the owner/lady at the front office is very helpful, kind, and friendly. I would definitely recommend it as a best of Chicago cheap motel.
