Alice swears by this place and I can see why. Consistently solid boba tea, helpful service, and a super cute vibe. Really liked the egg shaped swing chair. Plenty of parking.

Don't fall foy advertisments I received an email regarding about my gift card from the past that i lost. I went to the store to check the balance. The staff told me the only way to see it is by downloading the app. So i download the app. Their window says "want free boba scan and download the app" thought its a win win situation but it's not. First i download the app to check the balance of my gift card but then it wont. I inquired about the free boba if i download the app. Apparently it doesn't work. So yeah false marketing. Bothered my time going there just to be disappointed. So if anyone receives an e mail from kung fu tea about a gift card dont fall for it.

Always busy here. Had bubble tea from many places and Vivi Bubble tea is my fav. The pudding add-on consistency is not as soft as other places. Boba bubbles are fresh. The 2nd and 3rd pic are of “Wow Milk with black tea” not sure why it separated, but they said it’s cause the black tea. Nice and big set up inside. Nice menu but they don’t have as many options and flavors as Vivi bubble tea

Great bubble tea. There are variety of tea items they offer. I got mango with mango jelly. The drink was very good and not too sweet. Just the way I like it. I would come here again and try out the other flavors like passion fruit, Sesame and matcha. The offer three different sizes and the prices range from $5+ the service is also very fast. Definitely worth the visit

Great bubble tea here! The staff very helpful and quick service. Some fave flavors we get are... Winter melon with grass jelly Strawberry milk tea Mango slush with jellies Taro with boba Red bean slush with boba, which you can't usually find at other places

Went about 6 or 7 times within the last few months. Half of my orders came out wrong even though I would order from the official app (wrong size, missing extras, ice levels wrong) (picture shows a drink labeled "large" but is in a medium cup. Next to an actual large for comparison) pretty expensive considering that they seem to skimp on the extras. The inside is cool and comfortable, the staff always seem nice. I just wish my orders were right! If you want a good drink for a good price that is actually made right, then go to Vivi's on 16 and dequindre.

Really cool little place! Gets super busy but that's the sign of a great place! Their Thai milk tea is awesome and my husband said the boba was really good. He finished his before we even got out of the parking lot! Definitely recommend stopping here!
