if you are going to charge 7+ dollars for a milk tea then at least do it well. We got two basic drinks here and both were not good. no ice cold milk tea- was lukewarm and extremely sweet. Even with no ice these drinks were advertised to be cold so not sure why they were just warm. half sugar milk tea- there was no sugar in this one at all. The standards doesn’t seem well regulated at this store at all. would not recommend

Please train your staff to call out order numbers/names. We saw a long line so put in a mobile order. We waited and watched while drinks were made. By the time the person we would have been behind left with their order, we had to ask where ours was. He pulled it from behind the counter still saying nothing at all. We saw him make those drinks 10 min before and he said nothing! Train them in customer service and to speak.

The passion fruit green tea drink the mango popping boba was so delicious! Perfect balance of sweet and that flavor of the tea. 👍

I Love their boba teas here. They have all the traditional flavors of boba tea and also small selection of coffee. When order, you can even tone down the sugar level or the amount of ice that is to be added to your drink. One can add pearls or different sweets like Oreo to your boba teas with an additional charge. Oolong or taro milk teas are popular and pretty awesome. The wait lines seem endless. If one crave for a sugary drink, boba tea is a must. Boba tea can be a desert with or after a meal. You can download the apps for free drinks.

There's just something about a tip option that makes you feel forced to give one on devices. The 10% off I got, for doing this review went right back on the check.

The Oreo bubble tea was decent, although the Thai milk tea didn’t seem to taste or look like it.

Absolutely the best milk tea I've ever had, I always get two drinks because one isn't enough. The staff are always kind, friendly, respectful, and fast. I never find myself waiting too long and the drinks are always made perfect! I wish they'd put a Kung Fu Tea closer to where I live! It's excellent and I'm obsessed!!
