Krispy Kreme - Donut shop in Jacksonville - 12973 Atlantic Blvd, USA

Do you underpay all your workers or just hire people who hate to be alive. Nobody cares, smiles or has any care for customer service. Came at 7:40pm doors are locked, but there’s people working. The light from Atlantic Blvd is turned off, but the side light is on. Are you open or not? Do you want business or not? Employees mop, then go fill a box of donuts. Disgusting

I recently visited Krispy Kreme Donuts, and it was truly amazing! The nostalgic taste brought back cherished childhood memories. When those hot and fresh donuts are ready👀, it's an absolute delight – hitting my sweet spot every time. I only wish there was a closer location to enjoy these delicious donuts more often!😄 also QUICK SERVICE💫

Food is always fresh, which I can appreciate. However the service is absolutely awful. Three young ladies at the front and one tries to take my order. I explain to her about a coupon, and try to clarify. She rudely tells me something that's incorrect. (I have the coupon in my hand, you can read it if you need to.) Then she rudely brushes me off to help someone else. When it was finally our time to order again, a different lady is helping. So I try again to clarify with the coupon. She confirms my question and all is good. I then get to the register and the lady from before is standing there, starting to talk trash about me to her coworker about how "it's sugar bread and it's not even that serious." I'm just trying to use a coupon?? I didn't like how rude all of the employees were. I've worked in food service and the one thing I will say: if you get so bent out of shape over a customer asking about a coupon, you need to find a different line of work. Ridiculous.

I had a bad experience though the food was okay. The cashier was inpatient at the window and got my order wrong. She then whispered a joke (potentially about me as a customer) to her coworker when I came in requesting the correct order. Overall, I think the donuts would have taste better if they were patient and practiced good customer service. Crazy but true.

I have been a customer at this location for 6 years, never a disappointment! The menu has a large selection of drink items. The coffee, latte, etc have always been outstanding! Donuts are always fresh and delicious. Purchased an Assorted Dozen Donuts this morning Saturday 08/28/2021. Brittany who assisted us, was very friendly, enthusiastic and informed us on the Special Price for an Assorted Dozen Donuts. Highly Recommend!

The bathrooms I was in had no working soap dispenser, it's one of the same bathrooms the employees use. Im like How are they washing their hands??? Also my husband ordered a strawberry frozen drink and the machine was malfunctioning so the employee was told by whom I'm assuming was the manager, to open the top and place a cup to scoop out his drink all while her hand was touching the inside of the frozen drink machine..All I could think about was her hands probably were filthy seeing how the soap dispenser was out of order. They should of just said the machine was down. Once my husband saw what she was doing he told the employee he no longer wanted the drink..They offered no refund or apology. I will never return to this location!

I have always preferred Krispy Kreme doughnuts over anyone. Well this visit was extraordinary!!!! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and served by Brooke. She fulfilled our order accurately and promptly. She also encouraged us to come back soon. In my opinion she is an excellent role model for other associates and sets a great example for them to follow. I will DEFINITELY return to this location in the future….. THANKS MUCH!!!! God bless.

The best!!! Customer service was FAIR. Definitely could’ve been a whole lot better. I always usually attend the CASSAT location. But I wanted to experience the Atlantic Boulevard location. Overall, doughnuts are still the best, even when you don't get excellent customer service..
