Krispy Kreme - Donut shop in Wake Forest - 11721 Retail Dr, USA

I’m slightly disappointed with this location. The customer service is always great, and the staff are always friendly. However, the donut quality has dropped over the years. There is barely any glaze on the original glazed donuts. And they get smaller and smaller every year. I recently ordered a dozen donuts and they literally put in a few “mini” looking donuts in the box. Please stop trying to rip people off!

Almost $13 for 6 hot glazed donuts. The kid who got them sat them down on the counter didn't close the box. He walked off and started messing with what looked like a lemonade machine. I had to call him back over. I actually closed the donut boxes myself to keep them warm. Paid and I said thank you even after the bad service and was ignored.🤷 Signs of the times I guess. It's sad.

Love Krispy Kreme!! fresh donuts!! We usually come to this location (wake forest). The store inside is cleaned. The red sign fresh donut is ON most of the time we come. We usually buy donuts with coupon that we got from previous receipt with the code you got online. Its buy one get one free without promotion. Btw, created an account with Krispy kreme , you will get a free dozen donuts on yr Birthday!

I stopped in today, January 24, 2024, at about 5:45pm because the HOT light was on, but because there was no one inside or in the drive thru I decided to go in so I could check out the featured donuts for the month. When I got inside the young man asked me if I was picking up an online order and I told him I was not. He then told me that, because they were short staffed, I would not be able to buy anything inside, but would have to go through the drive-thru. I asked him about the featured donuts and if he liked them, to which he told me he had no idea bc he had not tried them. I told him I only wanted to buy 2 donuts and asked him if I would still need to go back outside to my car and drive through to order them. He said that I would. There was still no one inside the store, nor had anyone driven through the drive-thru the entire time I was there. I thanked him and walked out to my car to drive around the building again to order at the drive-thru. This did not make any sense to me since there were no other customers the entire time. I finally got my order at approximately 5:50pm and did not get a receipt from the young man, but did get him to scan my rewards number so I got credit for the purchase. As a loyal customer of Krispy Kreme, and this location in particular, I was highly insulted by the treatment I received. Not sure I will be back to this location for a while.

We have never had a problem with this Krispy Kream until today, we ordered a dozen assorted doughnuts for our family and the lady that took our order was so rude it was unbelievable! We kept our cool and continued our order, as we picked our doughnuts her attitude was quick, firm and snappy as she told us what doughnuts they did not have. We don't know what happened to this establishment but if we have to deal with the attitude, and unprofessional service, we will pass.The only reason we continued the order was because our kids were excited that we were getting doughnuts.

Said the hot donuts were comin down the belt. Not so, Mine weren't even hot. And he kept my coupon when my limit was 3. So now I missed out on 2 dozen.

Love seeing that sign lit up; they took my donuts right off the conveyor belt and put them in my box! Yum! 🍩
