1. One line for both in-store and online orders, get really confused. She is helping in-store line only, and I'm standing there for 10 min. Nobody calls me or my name. I had to sneak in and mention my name myself eventually. What is the point of ordering online if you end up like waiting in-store people? Not organized, not professional, especially during rush hours or busy hours when they offer promotion.
2. One of the young lady employee was very rude to my 10 year old son when he nicely asked if they had a sample. I wish I had got her name tag. Another lady a few days before our last visit was very nice. There are mixed attitude employees work here some are very nice and some are very rude. Don't want to end up with rude ones when visiting next time. Visiting here is like a gamble.
Just ordered the NEW Strawberry Glazed Doughnut and very disappointing. How does the advertising on their site look like the real thing? It does not, when we received them we were so excited and yet let down that quick. These doughnuts also did not taste fresh at all. Don't recommend trying these AT ALL.
I went in for just coffee and I got a free sample which made me get more donuts 😀. Amazing customer service and really good donuts. I locked myself out of my car and an employee there (may God bless her) was kind enough to use her own AAA membership to get me back on track. Thank you so much Lady, I wish you the best!
Self order kiosks. See the glazed donuts being glazed real time. Good quality donuts and coffee.
I normally do not come to Krispy Kreme because their donuts are just too sweet for me. But I had a voucher for three dozen donuts that I didn’t want to go to waste. This Krispy Kreme is huge! They also have a drive-thru and are open 24 hours. So you can always get your donut fix whenever you want.
When I entered, they seem to be operating like an oil machine. You see donuts being made and the whole process is pretty stellar. They offer a variety of donuts, coffee, and other beverages. When I redeemed my vouchers, it was easy peasy. In and out! The staff was very helpful and they also greeted me when I entered.
Even though I don’t like their donuts, I know many people who do. With the friendly environment, I’ll come back just to treat others. Especially my daughter 🤣.
Simply the best donuts in the area highly recommended..
I got a box of Doggie doughnuts. It contains 6 pieces per 1 box. They are hard cookies. Not fluffy / soft ones.
Service is always good.
My husband is super picky when it comes to food. He never eats any donuts except Krispy Kreme's original grazed. He eats up to 4 of the original grazed at once when it's hot.
It's Krispy Kreme, what can I say? We all know they have some of the tastiest donuts you will find. They are frequently creating all kinds of crazy new products to tickle your taste buds! If you haven't had Krispy Kreme donuts, dent yourself no more and get to Krispy Kreme! If you HAVE had Krispy Kreme, I don't have to tell you anything, as I'm sure you go back often. Krispy Kreme is without a doubt a must visit (and revisit) must!
One of the few traditional mochi and wagashi made by a traditional Japanese family from Japan. I â¤ï¸ this place and always buy Chikara Mochi here, Tokyo Central, or at Nijiya markets.
The best powerlifting gym in LA! Iâve been coming here for a year now and I canât see myself going anywhere else. Anything you could ever need is here and the gym environment is the cherry on top. The community here is so supportive and encouragi
