Stopped by for the first time and when I walked in the door a strong smell of burned grease hit me in the face. The employees were nice and the store looked clean. I have app and got a free box of glaze for my b-day which is nice cause most places will only give you one donut not a whole box
Donuts are awesome and the service is fast and friendly. The building is clean and well-cared for, especially for an older building. Highly recommend stopping if you’re in the area and looking for a tasty treat.
I have been buying Krispy Kreme for at least 20 years, never have I been disappointed as I was on 9/8/23 my order was for 6 chocolate covered donuts and a cup of coffee, the coffee was great the donuts were stale and cold they smelled like burned grease. I was in a rush to an app. or I would have returned them. I expected at least fresh for almost 16.00.
Went through the drive-thru and got a dozen glazed, they were terrible! They were actually cold! I know, you buy them when the light is on for fresh, but, what if you don't 🤔 have the time to wait for the fresh light? Yeah, you take the not fresh ones. But, you don't have to like it. Oh, they cost you just as much as the fresh, too. So, no bargain there. Ah, today's 🌎 world, what's it all coming to? Nuff said.
Was hoping they would have more coffee choices and something gluten free to eat but didn't see anything. My family says their donuts are better than Dunkin. Staff were nice and luckily for my kids they had some leftover Scooby Doo Halloween donuts.
The day we went must have been an off day. The donuts didn't taste all that great. And instead of making fresh donuts, it tasted like they took cooked donuts, placed them back in grease, and cooked them again just so they would be hot. And I didn't even order hot or warm food. I'm not a fan of hot donuts. I've always loved their donuts, but not that day. Not to mention the price....it was ridiculous. If I'm gonna pay 20 bucks for 12 donuts, then they need to be good.
Had an issue redeeming my free 3 pack glazed donuts on the app and the employee here went above and beyond to help me get my donuts! Awesome donuts as always!
Went today because their hot light was on and I go in to order some and they said it would be another 45 minutes before they were ready....Why have the hot light on and not fresh doughnuts? Couldn't that be considered false advertisement?
In Florence to pick up furniture, and drove a few extra miles to give Chat and Chew a try. Old fashioned hot dog and hamburger stand with ice cream. Worth the drive! We enjoyed everything!

We love the Children's Museum! The kids have a lot of fun when they go here. We attended the Royal Tea Party in honor of Queen Elizabeth II today and everything was lovely! A beautiful tribute to the Queen. The employees were wonderful!
