Krispy Kreme - Donut shop in Ocean Springs - 1419 US-90, USA

OMG!! Some people have never had a hot Krispy Kreme donut before?? Seriously, I hope you can check that one off the bucket list. Life changing, I pretty sure I saw a tear. FYI.... if the sign isn't lit, they will still warm them up for you! Your welcome

I came here thinking I was going to get warm fresh donuts but instead I got 2 dozen ice cold donuts. I asked for a refund and the lady at the window claimed they couldn’t do refunds. I found it a little sketchy, but she kept claiming she couldn’t take the cold donuts back and give me my money. After this incident I don’t think I’ll ever get donuts from them again. I could’ve got some donuts from my local Walmart if I would have known I was going to be getting this mess.

This particular Krispy Kreme has NEVER disappointed me. It seems like the HOT light is Always on when I pass by or go there. And each time I go there to purchase donuts, they are always HOT!!! They melt in your mouth and taste so Amazing!!! Once I eat one, I can't stop eating them!!! Extremely Addictive!!! The staff are always cordial and friendly. The restaurant is ALWAYS clean as well as the parking lot. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND purchasing your donuts and coffee from Krispy Kreme!!! Thank me later

I stop by Krispy Kreme one morning cause I saw they had the hot sign on, I usually don't eat these donuts only because they are so sweet, but I was craving something sweet, so I stopped and pick up a order of donuts, my donuts was cold NOT HOT, so I was disappointed

My coworker got donuts for our office today from the ocean springs location and he asked the worker there if they had any fresh donuts and they gave us these donuts. We tried them and we all thought they tasted old and they weren’t warm at all. My coworker called the location and asked why they tasted old and they said they don’t actually make the donuts in store, they actually just get their donuts from the Gulfport location and then they come unglazed and then when people order them they glaze them. It just seems kinda sketchy to me 🤷🏽‍♀️

Disappointed, early morning and straight up told us donuts were cold, employees didn't seem to care one bit, and I honestly think it got too expensive

Great atmosphere as your ordering and fast and easy service to get your donuts. The place is well decorated, especially for a tiny store. Be prepared to spend a little though as these donuts tend to be on the more pricey side but well worth it if you're getting a few for the taste.

This is the 2nd time. Arrived at 1230 pm on a Tuesday. and restaurant is closed and sign says go to drive thru. Nobody at drive thru. Nobody I can see in the store at all but lights are on and hot donut light is on and 2 cars parked outside. Close shop why don’t ya. Other time it happened on a Thursday mid morning.
