Excellent visit to this Krispy Kreme location. Donuts, Coffee, and drinks. Staff was nice and tables where clean.

We love to go at this Krispy Kreme location but tonight was a disappointment not only Daniel ignore me and start entertaining the girl customer who just walk in in the store and did not get an apology by ignoring me, then while his putting the donuts that I ordered his squeezing the donuts like he don’t care and shoving them in the box, then when he puts the 2 dozen donuts in the bag, he decided to put the glaze donut on top of the chocolate cream and that crushing and making mess, also charge me full prize after I hand him the coupon and not apologizing and not acknowledging his mistake . This was not a good visit

Food was tasty but a bit too sweet for me. The store looked as if it needed remodeling . The shop needs some interior decorating because it looks outdated and not really welcoming as modern pastry shops. Even though they had a basic seating area it wasn't friendly and was not organized in a way that would make you want to actually sit in and dine. I feel for a Winston Salem attraction, being that the brand was started there it could have been more attractive. Staff requires customer service training. They could have been more warm and friendly with customers . They didn't even try to push the other products that the store sold that were not edible. It seems as though they didn't want to be there. They should have more of a bubbly attitude. The shop itself could have been cleaner. The donut selection was a bit limited. I did like how the donuts were inside a glass case, unlike DunkinDonuts that all of their donuts out in the open.

What kind of doughnut shop runs out of their signature doughnut midday? No holes or regular doughnuts at all. Place was dead so I guess the doughnut apocalypse happened before we got there. Went to get frozen drinks and the machine was broken! Walked in to walk back out empty handed.

If there is any "good" in the afterlife. If heaven gates open up for a flightless soul like new, in this universe, I prefer to be buried here. At this legendary Krispy Kreme location which happens to be the very first one ever. A southern landmark and the best corporate made doughnut on the world today. If these holes could talk...

The staff is very friendly especially (keisha)! The app is awesome I used it to order this time for the first time, and when I arrived sadly there was no raspberry donuts that I ordered, but I was compensated for the issue. Overall I am satisfied and I will be going back to visit this donut shop.

We came to this location specifically because we expected to see a well kept flagship store. The "doughnut factory" window was so dirty that it was hard to see through. My custard filled donut was just half full, and when I asked for a cheerwine donut, the clerk scoffed at me saying she's never heard of such a thing (I googled it after, and turns out it's a seasonal item). Two staff members were fixing the ice cream machine and a third was standing around looking at them working while a line built at the counter.

I was driving when I saw this up ahead and knew that I had to stop. In my younger days, I would stop by around 2 in the morning for coffee and doughnuts after playing Putt-Putt Golf nearby. This is no longer open for 24 hours, however, and they didn't have my favorite doughnut, the crueller! I don't eat doughnuts that much anymore, but I did get a 3-pack to take back to my hotel room. In my opinion, Krispy Kreme makes the best doughnuts.
