Krispy Kreme - Donut shop in Louisville - 3920 7th Street Rd, USA

The customer service was excellent. I have never walked into a Krispy Kreme. They were friendly and helpful. All of my students are so happy for the donuts as well!

Their donuts have changed over the years. We stopped in this past weekend. The donuts, not the minis seemed to have shrunk and there wasn't much variety. The different flavored glazes did not seem to taste like what they were suppose to. Tasted really sugary. Anyway, the staff was friendly and the store was clean. You do get to watch the donut assembly line.

Any donut with filling is more disappointing than I am to my father. The prices are higher than half of Shively! This place is not worth going to because of that. Most of the cashier's there are nice though

We used the drive up, so I can't comment on the atmosphere. The doughnuts were delicious! The "HOT" light wasn't illuminated but the treats were scrumptious, nonetheless. The line moved rather slowly. But it was raining, so we waited our turn in order to stay dry. I guess most every establishment runs short-handed quite often now, so kudos to the ones that show up!

There Donuts are really really fresh. Amazing employees and excellent service. Love it alot and plan to keep on going too. And the lady that did my coffee it was amazing thank you

Way overpriced and that had to be the worst custard filled doughnut I've ever eaten. They need to bring back the cake doughnuts with chocolate frosting.

I Went to Krispy Kreme about 1:00pm today. (Sunday) They were not busy at all. There were a few people sitting down at the tables, and no one in line. I looked at the doughnuts to decide what I wanted, and a lady said, "we will be right with you." I said, "okay thank you." There were several people working and walking around. Another lady walked up to the counter and said, "can I help you?" There was no eye contact and the tone in her voice gave me the message I was not welcome. I asked, "are there any specials going on?" She let out a sigh, and looked at the other lady. The other lady responded what the special were, and she looked at her funny "like you know!!" I felt like she did NOT want me to know about the special. I told her I would like the special. She rolled her eyes reached behind her to get a box. She said, in a nasty voice, "what do you want?" I told her what I wanted in a nice voice hoping her attitude would change. She then turned to a co-worker joined in a conversation in a very sweet voice. She then turned to me with that nasty attitude no eye contact, and told me my total. I told her, "thank you and have a nice day." I walked out. My adult son was with me, and when we got in the car my son said, "she was the rudest person I have ever saw!" There is no reason to treat any paying customers that way. If you don't like your job then quit!!! I will not be back at the 7th Street location again. I will drive 25 minutes out of my way to go to the other Krispy Kreme. The doughnuts were delicious though!!

I ordered Scooby Doo donuts and wheny order should have been ready they told the person picking it up that they don't have them. And so I had to cancel my order and wait for a refund and this happens everytime they have a limited time donut flavor. I can never get them because they say they never have them. In the end I never get my donuts EVER.
