Krispy Kreme - Donut shop in Council Bluffs - 2420 W Broadway, USA

Went to try Krispy Kreme for the first time and was severely disappointed. Went to the drive through and started looking at the menu. The person taking orders continuously barged me to order even after asking for a minute to look over the menu. Mind you there were no others cars in line. I finally order and get to the window where they hand me a disgusting looking donut that had a slimy bottom with what looks like dirt crumbs.

Very fun friendly staff, pet friendly. Very convenient ordering, offers online, door dash , Uber , etc. Quality and affordable. Very suitable for catering Events or church on Sunday mornings. The location is very clean and well kept. Consistently updated hours and menu for accurate online ordering. Staff goes above and beyond to write any essential information needed for any nutritional adjustments, as well as after a mini are there available breakfast items, and you could get your coffee at the same time with a one stop shop on the way to work for a quick coffee, wake up call. I highly recommend to any food connoisseur, they have definitely after the anti and would recommend any friends and family as well.

Used drive thru to get a dozen. Idk if the lady working was by herself or not, but if she was ill apologize to her in advance. Was rushed completely and not friendly service at all.

Nice Krispy Kreme Donut Store in Council Bluffs. Selection is smaller than other Krispy Kreme Donut stores I have been to, but we got everything we came for. This location has a drive through, but we went inside. They do have tables to eat at, but we took ours to go.

I ordered four donuts with sprinkles, not one with four sprinkled. Doors were locked before 8pm with three visible employees inside. Sign said lobby open until 9pm. Customer service was ultimately a failure.

Knowing that you have a featured donut.. especially around holidays... You should probably keep em stocked up.. it happens every time.. the first week you have them and then boom the excuse of "we don't have them right now" so customers think they just don't have them ready yet so they come back later and still the same excuse.. Just a bit irritating..

Love the donuts 🍩 the lady at the window wasn’t super nice but I get it, working at a “fast food” place is stressful nowadays. She was super polite. I will go back for sure.

The staff was not friendly at all. They acted as if I was bothering them. The first time I thought it was just not their day but the second time I went back it wasn't any better. Time to look for a new store. I tried.
