Five stars when you're at the location early on days when there's a special. Forget about ordering off the website in advance for pickup. The website seems to always have issues... too many people ordering simultaneously? Doughnuts are always consistent in quality, never to disappoint! Clean facility and friendly staff.

This Krispy Kreme location is pretty great. It’s just that it’s usually empty and quiet inside which feels slightly weird. Just slightly. But the donuts are consistent with other chains, and their warm donuts are unbeatable. Also, the young folks working there have always provided good service. Usually places like these staff with young folks that provide bad service, but the employees here seem great.

Never been disappointed at this location. I ordered a cup coffee and asked if it was fresh, it was questionable so my man VAN didn’t hesitate hooked it up with fresh hot brew!! That’s the kind of Customer service that separates them from other establishments 6 stars all day long!!!

When we walked in we were greeted with a friendly hello and some chitchat. While at the counter paying for our treats a gentleman walked straight to the counter with a post it and wanted everyone to know he had an order that had been prepaid for and he wanted to pick it NOW. He wasn’t happy or forgiving that it wasn’t ready at that moment. He was very belittling and a BIG jerk to the employees. I said to him you should be be nicer. He then laid into me and told me to mind my business. Needless to say that didn’t go over well. Why? Why, be nasty to someone because you are in a hurry. Kindness goes a long way, sir. No one is going to care or remember that the donuts are 3 minutes late. However, myself and probably the others in the store will remember how nasty he was.

Came to KK for my weekly fix for donuts. Service was fast & friendly. The cake batter donut could have used a little more cream in the middle & the original glazed was not hot & fresh, but still enjoyed them. Speciality donuts need to occur more often like a maple bacon or a original glazed twist would be nice. Still, revisiting will be happening again for more delicious treats from KK

I’ve been a customer of Krispy Kreme for over 20 years and have been a customer of this particular franchise since 2015. Every single time I’ve visited this place I have always had a great experience. As much as I enjoy the limited-edition varieties (which are usually my favorite) the original glaze is ultimately amazing. The iced coffee drinks are also quite fantastic. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Hours are supposed to be open at 6am. Sign on door advised drive through only open at 8am. Waited around for drive through. Ordered dozen donuts off their menu and was advised they didn’t have the donuts we were asking for available.

Ordered 5 dozen donuts online 4 hours before we went to pick up. Went to get our order at 5pm and they had closed the store and told us they did not have our donuts and they were too busy making wholesale donuts to fulfill our order. They did not call or email or give any indication to us that they would not be fulfilling our order. We needed it for an event happening tonight and it left us scrambling to find a substitution less than an hour before the event. We were traveling from Utah for this event and were very disappointed by this service.
