I have to say that I had the greatest customer service experience this morning, Sunday October 1st 2023. The girl behind the counter (I didn't catch her name) was awesome. The Halloween decorations in the store is another level. Well, the doughnuts you know, delicious as usual.
The bathroom was clean which gives the restaurant a plus.
What more can I say it's Krispy kremes delicious donuts. The staff was excellent in super friendly. If you're ordering box coffee takes a little time.
The staff at this krispy Kreme were some of the nicest people I'd met in NJ. I hadn't been in a krispy Kreme in probably 5 years or more, and they were so pleasant, didn't rush me and offered tips.
Great ample location. As usual, donuts are made freshly. Wonderful customer service and great amount of seating and or dining area. Bathrooms are for the public and or employee use. Place is clean and there are plenty of flavors you can choose from. Plenty of parking. Mini shopping mall with plenty of other stores. Great for a mornin g bite or sweet tooth!!!
Amazing experience. The place was buzzing. Such a wonderful atmosphere and great energy. The staff was patient and friendly working wonderfully together to ensure your experience was a positive one. The doughnuts were fresh and yummy. If you live nearby you're lucky if you are visiting definitely worth your time.
This was my first time entering this store and consuming a Krispy Kreme doughnut. The store, itself, is nice, with a splendid light display, a plethora of doughnut varieties, and kind service. However, I don't know what the hype is. It is almost $3 for a mediocre doughnut- granted- it was soft, but the taste was similar to Dunkin or even Enteman's. And the coffee- oh wow- acidic to the max. I'm an experienced coffee drinker, consuming at least three cups a day but the KK is super acidic.
Overall, great local eatery but overrated product.
The simple fact they decorated for Halloween and did it so superbly shows this is a great place to visit, their donuts speak for themselves so no need to elaborate, but the Halloween donuts look incredible! Kudos to the East Rutherford Krispy Kreme Team!
I love Krispy kremes but the person who worked there gave me the wrong donuts. Didn't notice it till I got home. Very disappointing
