Krispy Kreme - Donut shop in Florida City - 32999 S Dixie Hwy, USA

When I got there at 12 PM. There was nobody in line in the drive through and there wasn't that many cars in the parking lot. So I am going to believe no one was inside.I wanted a dozen of their chocolate ice and they only had 8 and another dozen on the assorted. They didn't have much of a selection. They only had some stuffed ones. And there was nothing even said to me. That more donuts will be ready and anytime. So I'm going to assume nobody was cooking any..I haven't been here in years. And now I could see why. Such a shame. I guess next time I will go to Dunkin' Donuts.

“TODAY YOU WILL NOT GET THE FREE DONUTS HERE” AND ITS JUST 10:25 am, per Nelly D. The cashier/ attendant informed me as a welcome speech to the store instead of a “good morning” if you are just here for the free donuts and you didn’t see the sign we are sold out. “World’s Kindness Day” ….

We had not been to a Krispy Kream in a few years. They have a delicious glazed donut when you get them still warm. Otherwise, their donuts are your basic tasting donuts.

For some weeks now anytime I’ve done the drive through I’m told there are no donuts. But when I walk inside and ask for the same donuts I can get donuts. I’ve gone at 12 pm, 5pm even the mornings and there’s just magically never any donuts at the drive through. The past two times we didn’t even get an answer at the drive through box in the middle of the afternoon. I hate this for the people of Florida City as we deserve better

Every time I come to KK, I am in an out that is service.

If you didnt know…. Kids with A’s on their report cards get one glazed donut per A at Krispy Kreme…. I took my daughter last night and the guy at the counter could not have been nicer. He saw my girls report card, made a big deal about it, made her feel special, told her how her dad was doing a good job raising her, and went so far above and beyond she smiles about it a day later. THIS is my donut shop. There are good people here. 5 stars

Saturday early evening. 20 minutes in front of the counter 3 employees, no one even approached me or my family. Very sad. We were ignored all the way, probably because we are Hispanic. Don't know why, but I'm a long-time customer of this franchise, especially because I am a proud veteran of this nation, and this company honors us. This one in Florida City isn't what represents Krispy Kreme that I know.

I have to drop a critical review regarding their front door being busted on world kindness day, and as a walk-in customer, I had literally no way to determine whether or not this was a participating restaurant for the free dozen deal I got via E-mail. Not only is this a natural irritant, but also considered to be a fire hazard as once the employees leave the building, they have leisurely no way of getting back inside unless there is a "key bearing" manager on duty. It is imperative that there should be alterations to complete said deal if things go completely wrong, because it would be unfair on the behalf of pedestrian customers compared to drive-thru customers, and last I recalled legally, pedestrians can't order from drive-thru...
