Doughnuts are wonderful. Staff not so much. Guy working seemed very irritated when we did not know what we wanted right away. Handed be off to what I think was manager without saying anything. She gave us 1.00 to much back in change. We took it back in and let her know and gave it to her. Just did not feel welcoming anymore, not like it used to be.

We take a trip to Vancouver from Kelso once a week to grab a dozen or more of the best doughnuts ever in my opinion!! Always so fresh, soft and warm!! Upon walking into the lobby, the first thing you notice immediately is the smell! It's like walking into a fragrant, warm cloud that envelopes you in all the good childhood feels! Your mouth begins to water and your tummy growls. Get in my belly!! You have got to go get you some!! Clean and welcoming environment. Courteous staff. Never a disappointment.

Got my birthday gift Saint Patrick's day version 🍀 Thank you KC. Place was clean, not too busy, guys were helpful. Delish fresh Donuts. Will come back!

Every time i go here its random and few and far between but they are always out of milk wheat and it was 1pm last time i went they were out of a lot of things. I got a regular glazed donut and it was cold. Asked why it was cold and the cashier told me it was made in the morning but “fresh” it didn’t taste fresh. Dry and no flavor Wont be back.

I drove out to pick up a dozen for work and grab my free donuts for my birthday, I went in and stood there waiting for some kind of response "good morning we'll be right with you" but I got nothing. I walked out without my dozen. The employees need to be more attentive to waiting customers

I'd forgotten the JUST baked donut slathered in glazed icing, OMG. Seriously, don't risk it, self control goes out the door, left w/5 outstanding baked goods, . Gone, all Gone , by 800pm. So sad..

You know what you are getting at Krispy Kreme. Although, if you don't, you should try it! The one I go to seems to be remodeling, and the inside didn't provide much for seating. The server was patient with me, especially since I changed my mind about one donut in the dozen, and he was kind enough to swap it out.

Very annoyed with this Krispy Kreme. Last week I preordered donuts and a catering coffee box for an event they call the morning of and say they are out of boxes for the coffee. Then today I go through the drive through and ordered the scooby doo box. Get to the window and they’re like oh sorry we are sold out! Now I’m not annoyed that they were sold out, it happens. I am annoyed that because they lack communication amongst their team the person taking the orders didn’t know they were sold out, accepted my order, and wasted my time. Then offered nothing for wasting my time, not a free donut or 1/2 dozen or any type of curtesy was offered. They clearly lack communication, employees, and whoever does their product ordering isn't paying attention. Its just not professional and it’s inconsiderate and you’re better off going to Clackamas or Beaverton if you actually want what you’re ordering.
