Krispy Kreme - Donut shop in Pigeon Forge - 4074 Parkway, USA

I've never actually seen how they make the donuts, so this was an awesome stop. They had some really cute donuts too. The man who served us our donuts (I'm sorry I missed his name) was funny and kind and patient.

Krispy Kreme doesn't disappoint! The Elf themed donuts are hilarious! I was surprised to find that they sell Krispy Kreme blankets there. They have very friendly staff. They sell the donuts in sets of 3,6 or 12.

This was my first time inside a Krispy Kreme when the "hot red light" was on. What a wonderful experience. They gave everyone inside a free hot donut off the line! Did not know that was something Krispy Kreme did. The staff was very friendly. Love the Elf donut designs. Will definitely be back!

Love a good Krispy Kreme donut! Grabbed a mixed box and they were super fresh and delicious. I docked a star because we dealt with a bit of a grumpy cashier who sent us to the back of the line when we got up to her because we didn’t know there was a separate person you order your donuts and coffee from prior to reaching her.

I don’t even know where to start. 😕 This location use to be a family favorite. Tonight (8/1/23) was a HORRIBLE experience. The prices are up from our last visit a few months ago. Which is understandable, that’s not the issue. But I would at least like decent quality with the higher prices. Of course they were out of raspberry and lemon, as usual. So I ordered cake batter, custard filled, cinnamon, and original glazed. The original glazed were smaller than normal and didn’t appear to have any glaze. Very dry and not even the least bit sticky. I was going to let that slide. 😒 Well, my kids bite into their chocolate custard filled, and lo and behold THEY HAD NO FILLING. Zilch. Nada. Zero. Nothing. Literally just the breading. I cut another open and same. For every single one. How does this even happen? Disappointed is an understatement. Money wasted.

It was insanely busy (we thought it was off season but there were conventions in town) and the line moved so fast. We ended up with 2 dozen donuts because it was like buy one get one $1 but it was totally worth it. They were so soft and delicious and we snacked on them for 2 days without any getting stale. The staff was so fun and kind even with the chaos. We will be back when we come back to town!

Two male supervisors are excellent and friendly. They were both young and work evenings. They both elevate the place. I cannot recall their names. They have tons of merchandise pajamas Cups and more. Donuts where available.

Yummy fresh donuts and the cream filled were actually cream filled. My KK no longer uses the filled method in their donuts they use the a dollop will do.
