Krispy Kreme - Donut shop in Fort Lauderdale - 2401 N Federal Hwy, USA

This is my first time at Krispy Kreme donuts in fort Lauderdale. My hostess Kettira was extremely helpful and sweet. She had patience with me placing my order. We need more people like her thank you so much for your service!

17.99 for a box of mini after they didn't have glazed donuts. It took me 20 minutes Inwas first car in line then got home and they stale. Not again. The chick at the drive thru said we get a new delivery after 2pm it was 10am. She was so rude mad she had to check.out a customer. Trying to post a pic of these Ole dusty donuts. The floor also looked disgusting 🫣

Bad experience at Krispy Kreme. It was $12 bucks for a half-dozen donuts were day-old - had that slimy next day feel to them and had clearly just come out of refrigeration. Not room temperature but cold. Maybe they don’t make fresh donuts on Sunday since all the northeasterners are running on their beloved Frozen-Then-Baked Funkin. Whatever the case, at 7 in the morning, that Hot Donuts Now sign should be shining as a beacon for the hungry morning seekers of empty calories. We are not in Bahston or Newwick, we are in the south and it is a thing. Also, out of napkins at a donut shop. Wow. The staff were very friendly though, apologetic and offering paper towels. I dunno. I do know that this is a mistake that won’t be repeated since I can go another hundred yards for some fresh Cuban pastries and a first rate colada. 🤙

I submitted for a fundraiser a month in advanced and got a confirmation email. I called this location the day before and confirmed my order came through. When I arrived the next morning to pick up the order, it wasn't done. The worker wouldn't even let me into the building, she forced me to go through the drive-thru. She told me they didn't have the order even though I called the day before. At first she offered to start packing the order and when I told her okay she responded, "Actually, no I can't do that". I asked if there was anything she could do to help because my school has been looking forward to this fundraiser all year and she just shrugged her shoulders and acted like she could care less. She did nothing to help and when I asked for a customer service number she said she couldn't give one to me. I finally found one online and called customer service. They assured me upper-management would reach out to me and resolve the issue. They never did. I even called the customer service line back and all they said was "we will add that they haven't called yet". It is almost two months later and I still don't have any contact with upper-management. Yesterday, I received a piece of mail that basically said, "Sorry your experience sucked, here's a coupon for 6 free donuts". It was honestly insulting and truly revealed that the issues with customer service at Krispy Kreme start from the top and go down. I won't be using them for future fundraisers ever again. I don't recommend them at all. Their donuts are not worth the headache of working with them.

First time (and last one!) here. As soon as I opened the doors I saw the tables dirty. I approached to the counter and noticed that the floor behind the counter and through the end of the store was so wet, poodles everywhere. It looked like it rained inside. The worst part was when I saw a huge cockroach on the floor and the lady almost step on it. The cockroach started walking but could not run because of the water on the floor. I left immediately... yuck!

You can tell the workers there does the bare minimum. No customer service whatsoever. I had a coupon for two boxes for 16$ that was good until Sunday, it is Friday. Coupon was not applying and instead of finding out why or tried to help she instead continued to charge me 30$ only saying it wasn't working. She did not try to honor it or even find out why. I had to order online to that store and was able to pay the 16$ for both boxes just fine. Then she gave me the same two boxes from before and so obviously they where COLD! Horrible, if people hate their jobs i don't know why they don't go work somewhere else.

Pulled up to the speaker and they sounded like they were having a good time. Laughing you could hear the smile on their faces. And they have the best donuts ever so win win

Never seem to have enough original glazed donuts, I've came twice (7am on one day for a doordash) and 2pm (for my own self today) how do you have more specialty donuts or any donuts for that matter more than regular glazed, on one of the busiest roads in lauderdale at that, those should be the most ordered donuts or most ordered ingredients on your invoice
