Krispy Kreme - Donut shop in Fresno - 5692 N Blackstone Ave, USA

Honestly, I'm a bit disappointed 😞 I've seen from great days there before, but maybe it was just today when I brought my 2 kids with me but they were disappointed as well as me and my wife when we didn't see any donuts being made and flipped also not sure if this was intentional but the floor was also very messy and not clean... other than that everything thing was great! My kids love the mini donuts as well. The location isn't the greatest, and I just wasn't happy with the fact that the donuts weren't being flipped and made for my kids to watch they were excites but disappointed when they didn't see any. Maybe next time

The experience I had was incredible since I only ordered a glazed donut and it was free. I could not believe it. And I even asked the reason and the very nice and kind girl explained to me why and when it comes to eating donuts, you can't eat just one. Great service and a marvelous experience..

Wife just received a dozen glazed donuts for her birthday reward. It used to be a single donut. Wow! Staff was extremely polite, and efficient. Great coffee. Extremely hot.. be careful. The restrooms require a key for customer and staff protection. The shop is too cold, most employees need hoodies to stay warm. Krispy tradition is alive and well here.

Ok so I saw the commercial for Limited Edition Mystery Machine Scooby Doo donut box like on Oct 26. which is kinda late. But today on Oct 28 my sister and I decided to pick up a box for the family but, the app didn’t have it….. so she called in to check if they have it, and they said they will put it aside for her and only ask her name. Fast forward. And we got there, not too busy , few worker and all. And was excited to see the Goodies! But….. comes to our turn and we told the lady our name, and she went to go get like 4 box of donuts and we got confused and said “miss I think you got the wrong order??” She said the name and we said yes, but it was the wrong card number, and phone number… apparently someone order too with the same name as my sister, so we asked to order on the spot. She looked dead, and we feel really bad too. So we only got 3 of the Scooby doo design donuts since they didn’t have the others (smh… the box picture have all of the design though…) and how can you not have the star of the show Scooby Doo Donut…?.?.? But let me base a few probelms, First and foremost: where are the communications with the Fans of Donut and Scooby Doo show? Second: there wasn’t any of the Scooby doo box but regular Krispy Kreme box only. Third: the promotion was really bad. A lot of fans and people I know, said they didn’t know about the commercial until the last week of October?!? Fourth: 21.99 for a box but didn’t get the money value of its worth??? Stale price and stale donuts??? Last but not least the Fifth: service just went up to cloud nine apparently. Only one location and it’s the worst location…. If you don’t have anything prepare for the promotion, please let people know through the website, the app or in store…. Really wasted people time and gas. Sad to say as a fan of donut and The Scooby Doo show, it was a real disappointment and shame. Side note: in the picture, one of the family took a donut so worry not about the missing one. So yeah short to say, we went trick’ or’ Treat and got the trick but missed the treat.

Ya know .... We don't ask for much when we make the track to Fresno. One of the things we always look forward to and achieve is arriving at our final destination with boxes of Krispy Kreme donuts in hand - because much of our family that gathers aren't privileged to experience them. When arriving this morning things appeared differently than our prior experiences. Talk about limited choices - really?!!! Glazed .... Do they realize it is Christmas!!! And you are a donut shop…. Donuts might help. The rude lady employee certainly didn’t help the situation. Had to make a different stop- thank goodness for BINGO that we found online and it was just down the street. What a selection!! Sorry KK - change something somewhere - not sure we will be back.

Went at 10am and it looked bare- like the place had either been picked clean or deserted. I picked a dozen donuts and some milk but had to put back a majority of the milks I was trying to buy as they were all expired. When I got home my donuts were stale. I’m really disappointed, my previous experiences at the Mountain View location were to have a free hot glazed donut while in line, everything is always being restocked, and everything is super fresh. While I will be going back to the Mountain View location when I’m up there on the 101, I will not return to this location again. It’s literally the first time I have ever been served a box of hand picked, stale donuts.

At 9:30 a.m. on Christmas eve, I stop by to buy a dozen donuts and they didn't have a selection. Only glazed. Why would I even go to Krispy Kreme if I couldn't get the fancy donuts?? I settled for 4 hot Cocoas for my family and then was informed that it would be 25 minutes to make my drinks, even though there was nobody inside or in the drive thru line. I felt like she was trying to talk me out of ordering. I've never been to a restaurant that didn't want to serve me, I'm wondering if I was being discriminated against

This company is a failure to the fast food service. The management depart is in serious need of help or complete remodeling idk. They always only have glaze and no way the donuts were even close to made that day. Thought it was fresh daily
