Krispy Kreme - Donut shop in Greenville - 1215-B Woodruff Rd, USA

Went to this location 12/16 at 9:05 and the line was wraps I was going to go inside but they had the doors locked. I count at least 4 employees inside. Why do they have the doors locked? I watched three additional people pull on the doors, and then leave altogether simply because they couldn’t go inside. Check the times on the second door and it showed that the store should’ve been open at 6 AM and also checked on Google and it says that it was currently open. Why do they have the doors locked if the restaurant is self is supposed to be open. They need to change the times, if the information is incorrect

They like to give you the doughnuts that are damaged while the box is behind the counter and then get a little upset when you ask to have them changed out. All in all though the doughnuts were delicious!

In store on 12/12/23. There were three employees working their tails off. This Karen comes in and goes straight to the register. When clerk finishes with her customer, Karen says I had an online order and I want it now. The clerk very nicely says are you next in line? Karen says I had an inline preference. Clerk says I will wait on you when it is your turn. Karen starts ranting about corporate will Hera about this! I think you should compliment the clerk for handling it so professionally

If you are going to Krispy Kreme you know the score. The doughnuts are delicious and they make them fresh throughout the day and night. I am a plain glazed kind of dude and it is very hard to not scarf the entire dozen down at a time. Never actually been in the store, just through the drive through but they do a good job.

I placed an order and scheduled pick up for the next day for a work event. I went to pick it up and it wasn't ready. They told me I needed to wait 30 minutes for 2 dozen doughnuts. This made me late for work but as always the original glazed were very delicious as well as the coffee.

This place always have tasty and fresh donuts. They usually have what I want available. Sometimes it can get busy but I’d pick a Krispy Kreme with no good coffee options over a stale small donut and terrible coffee from Dunkin’s any day.

Pull up @8pm on Wednesday night and it’s dark all around the building. No outside lights on, couldn’t see Ben tel lit they were open. No open or anything, doughnuts were as well.

As always some of the best tasting doughnuts. However seems like the size of the doughnuts have decreased. I understand rising cost but trying to skimp on the size seems sneaky and compromising.
