Exceptional. Came here because there was an offer for free dozen with a purchase. Made a perfect affordable gift for fellow coworkers. The employees were terrific. Friendly, fast working, and made me feel like they were happy I was their customer. Very refreshing nowadays. I will definitely return to purchase more with a coupon or special offers.

Stopped in for donut and coffee but they were out of coffee. Staff didn’t seem to care about customer disappointment. Usual selection of donuts.

They were out of straws and didn’t mention that fact until asked. I wonder how drive thru will go? They also did not make my iced pumpkin spice latte property. No whip cream, no pumpkin spice drizzle and no pumpkin spice seasoning. Ridiculous! Send your manager to buy more straws, like common!

The lady I won’t say her name is the worst at this location. I said my order over 3 times at microphone, she couldn’t hear me, then she said I have to ask manager why we don’t have coffee. Then I drove up too window and waited for all attitude, rude and said that will more expensive. She never asked for my awards number, could not use my Apple Pay and she didn’t want me coming in to use my card. Said it was 33$ and some change. Then she put something on my recipient to be bigger amount. Told me the card reader is not working and printer for receipts is not working. I was trying to surprise my wife as she had a bad day at work. For all now know she spit in our food.

I placed two orders in advance. I called the restaurant a few days later to see if they could swap out regular assorted for specialty assorted for my first order. They said they were unable to do that because of their system. I said no worries that’s fine. I will keep my same order. The worker that I spoke with on the phone, then proceeded to cancel both of my orders. I called back and the manager answer the phone. I explain to her. What happened and she profusely apologized and offered me a discount. I thought that was nice, so I accepted her discount. Besides the portion of the order that I paid for I was supposed to be getting two of my boxes of donuts for free and she was going to leave a note with the morning manager to make sure I get everything in my order. The next morning, I got a notification from DoorDash that my delivery was on the way, so I called the driver to ask if he had all of my items, and he only had the items that I paid for. I’m not sure if the manager did not leave a note or if the morning manager didn’t read the note. Luckily, the door dasher was nice and went back to the restaurant to pick up the rest of the donuts. Because my order was wrong yesterday. I called Krispy Kreme this morning five times and they did not answer the phone. I then contacted my door dasher who is able to let me speak with a manager. I asked the manager if I have all three boxes of donuts and she’s yelling like she’s lost her d*mn mind. The only reason I called is because my order was incomplete yesterday. Why would I assume that my order would be right today, if it was wrong yesterday? The audacity for the manager to be yelling at a customer because I called to make sure I had all the items in my order. I have two meetings with 30 people. I know a lot of fast food workers didn’t finish high school or go to college, so I’ll help you with your calculations. One box of donuts has 12 in it and it is not enough to feed 30 people. The original glazed donuts were also over cooked. The assorted donuts were good.

Been to this location a few times. Staff at this location is consistently incredibly slow. Watching them work, I’ve never seen people move in such slow motion before. Staff looks genuinely unenthusiastic and dead inside. Additionally, They were out of 60% of their selection. As is typical for this location. I did eventually get my fresh dozen glazed though, after 40 minutes. Maybe the company should offer better compensation for better work in the future.

Went 2 weeks ago and it was awful. I paid a lot of money for 4 drinks and donuts. I ordered my drinks in different sizes (2 small for the kids and 2 large) and they were all the same size with no whip cream or drizzle I didn't say anything because the girl looked alone and it took forever already, then when I got home and we tried the donuts they were all stale and terrible we didn't even get to eat them. I paid 40 bucks for small plain drinks and stale food I couldn't eat. I really wanted it to be good like when I was a kid. Now I'm too scared to go back and end up wasting money again.

The last 2 times we stopped by this location, they were out of plain glazed donuts. On both occasions we were told told it could be "at least 2 hours" before they might have some. It's seems like there could be a manageral issue of you dont have donuts at a donut shop...
