Placed an app order the day prior for a holiday breakfast at work. Order was confirmed and money taken. When I arrive at 7:30 am, the lobby was closed and the worker in the drive through greeted me by saying that they don’t have any donuts but glaze available. I told them about my order and she acknowledged it but said that she couldn’t fulfill the order and asked if I still wanted some glaze. I had no choice. They said that they would refund my order through the app and charged me again. I asked if the glazed were at least fresh. The answer was that they were from the day before because the machines take a little bit to warm up. They are supposed to open at 6 am…it was 7:45 am. They may need new machines? Horrible experience and I had no choice but to pay full price for day old donuts for my party!
Terrible location. Got donuts that were extremely small and misshapen went to exchange them and the guy gave me a huge attitude. They said their donut cutter has been broken for over a month and that’s why they look so bad. Will not return.
I know it’s not their fault that they ran out of glazed donuts be able to participate in the buy it dozen get a dozen for a dollar deal that was advertised for today. but they had a huge line wrapped around the building with people obviously going through the drive-through to get this deal and there was no sign on the door or even at the drive-through menu stating they can no longer honor the deal. Myself and several other people had to wait 20 minutes just for them to tell us they can’t do that.On top of that somebody said that they could do 16 of the mini donuts and making it sound like you could do 16 mini donuts instead of the regular dozen. There should have been better customer service and better communication so peoples time was not wasted.
Placed an order online and they confirmed it. Then they cancelled 10 minutes before it was supposed to arrive. No information as to why and they refuse to answer their phones. We tried multiple times. This is the worst Krispy Kreme in Saint Louis and needs to be placed under new management, as the current management does not seem to be able to run a store. Twice we have received the wrong order, a few times it has taken 1 1/2 to 2 hours for our donuts to arrive. We have had several drivers call us and tell us of the insane wait times(we tip extra to compensate but when we used to order from S. Lindbergh we never had this issue). There is always some issue with this place. As much business as they do you would think they would raise their pay and get good people in there but the owner must be cheap or something. We rarely order from here anymore but we tried to tonight and that is what we got.
Famous for their Original Glaze donuts. Don't have any as soon as they open. Won't be ready for another hour.... How is that possible? Maybe start earlier in the morning and have them ready? Just a thought. Got up to the drive-thru, looking inside, the place was a wreck.
We stopped here before my husbands chemo treatment this morning. There was one car in front of us and the dine in area was not busy at all. We sat at the speaker for about 5 mins before we had our order taken. We asked the girl if they had dr.pepper as it said on the menu to ask about their fountain drinks. Her response was “no, we have milk or chocolate milk.” So, we ordered two medium iced coffees and three glazed donuts. The medium coffees were tiny. I would hate to see what a small is. We also saw a coke soda fountain in the window.. our coffees tasted terrible. Like the bottom of the pot and my husband’s tasted like someone asked a cig in his. (They didn’t but it tasted that gross) the donuts tasted like day old donuts. Not like the way I remember Krispy Kreme tasting. We will not be back.
Donuts were amazing as usual. I've visited twice in the past 2 weeks, and they weren't open at their posted hours. I ended up stopping after work to pick up donuts for the next day. Also disappointed that the lobby was not open. I understand staffing shortages and not having dine in, but I prefer to go in to pick out my donuts. I feel rushed when ordering through the drive thru.
Ordered donuts days in advance for a large party order. Set pickup time for 8:45AM. Arrive to find a line wrapped around the building and the lobby closed. Wait 30mins in line just to get to window at 9:15 and the order isn’t ready. I understand you’re short staffed but this is beyond ridiculous….

First time customer. Balked at first at the prices but the portions are actually quality. I got a traditional gyro and butter chicken curry. I was pleasantly surprised by the rice. Flavored and cooked well. No minute rice in the microwave here! Tasty
First time at this restaurant and I sat at the bar and I ordered the classic burger cooked medium well and I chose the soup of the day as my side and it was steak and pepper. The burger had an excellent char on the outside and it was cooked perfectly
