Krishna Express - Indian restaurant in Roy - 1908 W 5600 S, USA

I heard there was a new Indian restaurant that EVERYONE was saying was really good, so I had to go find out for myself. Everyone was right. Really good food and the service is GREAT. Also, if you are looking for halal food, the server told me that the goat and the lamb are halal. Both were really tasty. If you’re debating between the two, the goat is a little more tender and flavorful but you can’t go wrong with either dish. Similar to other reviews though, if you like real spice, make sure to tell them to make it spicy. I think they cater to the typical Utah palate when it comes to spice level. It’s located where the old Panda Express was in Roy, so it’s not a super fancy atmosphere but it is still a nice vibe. It does get a little cold in there though so bring a jacket in the colder seasons. Price is on par with other Indian restaurants. Portion sizes are fair. Great service, great food, 5 stars!

Samantha is kind, sweet, and outgoing with all of her customers. I’m visiting from TEXAS. First time eating here. Found it driving by. Samantha immediately greeted me and quickly had me started with a beverage. She made suggestions of the cashew chicken being her favorite. I gave it a shot and BOY I’m glad I did. Rich and flavorable. I ordered “spicy” level. It was the bomb. The foods temperature was consistently HOT with each bite until the very last mouthful. Their lunch special was extremely fulfilling. It can possibly be shared by two people. $11.99 2 entrees, side of white rice, egg roll, and crab puff. Delicious; highly recommend.

This place did not disappoint! Ordered Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Biryani, Shrimp Curry, Garlic Naan and Pashwari Naan. Every entree was so good!

A friend of mine introduced me to Indian food with some homemade Butter Chicken, and I loved it. Then we tried an Indian restaurant and were completely underwhelmed. I decided to try again and found Krishna Express. This place is so amazing! My wife, my son, and I tried different entrees, but shared with each other and of all the many things we tried, there was absolutely no disappointment. The food was some of the best I've had, and the service was great. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Came at my daughter’s request. Wan’t expecting much from an ‘Express’ restaurant. My experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Service was excellent and the food was hot, fresh and delicious. The owner came around and talked with us and other patrons. Very friendly. They even treated us to Indian rice pudding ‘on the house.’ I am really impressed and will definitely come back.

Krishna Expresss is delicious. They have vegan friendly options and the service is great. I ordered the veg samosa, veg coconut korma, veg masala and roti. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely coming back. 💜

We stopped for dinner and had the pakora paneer, butter lamb, chicken korma, & kheer. All dishes were delicious and full of flavor! Server was friendly and fast. Highly recommend!
