I am so lucky to have found Aaron at Kracken IT. My previous "computer guy" retired and I had a computer that died right in front of my eyes. Not only did he fix it in short order, he actually fixed it through an email !! That could have been the end of the story, but I was so impressed that I asked him to make a visit to our home office and look at two computers and make suggestions, plus I had a list of questions he answered for me. I also love that he makes home or office visits and I don't have to unplug everything, drive it somewhere and leave it for who knows how long. I highly recommend Kracken IT.
