Came with a party of 6, and was seatly quickly. I. Loved. This. Visit. Our more than amazing server, Lacie. She was on her toes, knowledgeable, with a contagious personality. My friends and I even took a group photo with her! She was an awesome treat to be served by. The food came FRESH, AND, QUICKLY. I'm talking about, as we ordered. .Our meats and broths would be handed to us with great care. The meats and veggies was, of course, grilled to our liking, and there was zero odd scents. Prices were also fair! It was 35$ per person for a full hot pot and BBQ buffet styled dinner. The vibes are definitely there. Me and my comrades will be visiting again! ~ POC Friendly.

Customer service is great! Waitress was really nice to us, I wish I remembered his name. I felt welcomed and not pushed to leave. The food was delicious! Definitely will pay again for this experience. Is expensive but since I’m a foodie is worth it for me.

This place really is something special! It reminded me of Iron Age I visited a while ago! Our visit (friends and former colleagues) coincided with my birthday! It was amazing! Super vibrant with great atmosphere! It feels so good seeing happy faces feasting over either their own cooked meals or a specialty from the restaurant!

This is the review I've been waiting to write. This restaurant is amazing. The decor, the atmosphere, the service, and most importantly the food touched our souls on a cool winter day. We happened upon it by accident looking for another restaurant, and boy let me tell you. We arrived promptly at noon on a Tuesday thinking it wouldn't be crowded. We were right initially, but an hour later it was looking like a Saturday night. The restaurant is beautiful inside, and includes an appetizer bar with various options including kimchee, eggrolls, sauces, fruits, vegetables, and desserts. It also has a full liquor bar with pop, r&b, and k-pop establishing a festive mood. The meal options are EITHER pho OR BBQ, meaning your partner or group must choose between the two. We chose the pho, but the smell coming from the bbq tables was tantalizing. Ordering is an experience as well. You get to choose from a variety of meats, including sliced pork belly, prime brisket, and lobster balls. If you prefer more exotic options, consider the cuttlefish or fish roe balls. Seafood options include squid, mussels, octopus, and shrimp. Tofu is also an option for vegans. Next are your vegetables, which include watercress, bok choy, seaweed knots, bamboo shoots, and several types of exotic mushrooms. Finally, the noodle selection includes udon, pho, and sweet potato (that's right). After ordering, the show really begins. The server turns on the warmers, brings out the broth, followed by your order. You and your guests are magically transformed into star chefs as you experiment with the fresh ingredients that you ordered. It is AYCE, and the lunch special is $19.99 per person. I can tell you for a fact that I ate at least three full bowls, and should have been rolled out of there in a wheelbarrow. Stephanie provided 5-star service to us, and explained all of the options and the ordering process to us thoroughly. This was a phenomenal culinary experience, and the cleanliness of the restaurant is unmatched. We will be returning many times in the future, and telling our friends and family about KPOT for years to come.

Great! This is an excellent place for a date or a group. I didn’t feel rushed. It was just right! Bathrooms were clean, salad bar continued to be replenished. Servers were good. Hostess was on it. I have zero complaints!!! Owner came by and spoke with us for a bit. I can’t wait to come back. Excellent vegetarian options and gluten free too!

I can talk well enough about how great this experience was. The ingredients were super fresh and the setup was amazing. Coupled with an electric atmosphere and immaculate service it was definitely an evening to remember. If you have a chance to pop in and have a go, do it.

5/5 great service and very fast at bringing food out. We only did the hotpot, a great deal for $30 per person. Also a free meal and a slice of cake for my friend's birthday. Sauce selection is a bit lacking but understandable as it's more of a Korean hotpot place compared to Chinese hot pot.

We came here on the recommendation of a friend from Viet news media. After hearing her raving about Kpot, I took my dad here for his 60th birthday dinner with high expectations. We were a party of four and ordered both BBQ and hot pot. The food is better than other local KBBQ places. The hot pot soups are flavourful and don’t need any adjustments. We tried the mushroom broth, Korean seafood and Thai Tom yum broths—all delicious! Their meat marinades are perfect. There is a station where you mix your own sauces. Our server, Chris was nice and friendly and took initial first order quickly. The con: The service was chaotic although they seem adequately staffed. Our soup orders came out wrong and was quickly corrected—no problem but did not go unnoticed. However, we only received 6/13 of our iPad orders and sat at an empty table for 30 minutes. Chris checked with the kitchen and said that they were backed up, which is understandable. We waited longer and still our food never came out. Maybe it’s somewhere in the Twilight Zone. All in all, the price is right. Food is delicious. Our server Chris was a professional, but the rest of the staff failed him. Dad was not impressed with the staff losing our order. KBBQ should be an atmosphere of continuous eating not waiting half an hour. Will recommend to try once but won’t be a frequent spot until the service improves.
