Kowabunga Comics - Comic book store in Oconomowoc - 650 E Wisconsin Ave, USA

Excellent local comic book shop that also teaches you how to play card games like Pokémon. I've come here at random times the past couple of years and the staff has always been inviting and helpful. The selection of new and back issues are amazing! This is a great place- I highly recommend it!

This is not just a comic book shop. It's huge and has tons of content for different audiences and all ages. Sells toys, video games, costumes, plushies, regular books, and more IN ADDITION to comic books. The place also hosts all sorts of competitions (i.e. pokemon).

This place is great. It reminds me of the mom and pop comic shops of my youth. Everyone here is so helpful and friendly!

This is more that just a comic book shop, they have figures, Warhammer, collectibles, cards and more. Their comic collection is extensive though! If you missed a back issue they probably have it. I was visiting from out of state and stopped by and highly recommend checking this place out.

Prices are absolutely horrible. I visited recently and wanted a booster box. Either Paldea Evolved or Obsidian Flames. They wanted $145 for a booster box for each set. Paldea evolved elsewhere is $100ish and Obsidian Flames is $120ish. Just a complete rip off.

Enjoyed comics. However, disappointed they didn't let me know that comic had a fold/mark on X-Men comic. Show at Brookfield was fun and could of bought comic from anyone. I choose them to support local businesses and got short end of the stick. Probably going to move on from store to find HONEST sellers

Wow, Eric went above and beyond to help us find the perfect gift for my father despite not even getting a sale out of it. He was so professional and patient during the entire process and steered us to something else he knew would be a better option. This is the sort of customer service and professionalism that is hard to find these days. What a great guy. I would highly recommend checking out their store.
