We had a birthday celebration for one of our friends last weekend. It was a big group of people. Everyone enjoyed their experience. The service was outstanding. Thanks to our waitress Belle, she was on top of her game, she kept coming to our table constantly making sure everyone was taken care of. First I was skeptical about choosing this restaurant, since I had a bad experience with the food and service about 5 years ago… I’m so glad I gave it another chance because I loved it. In my opinion the sushi rolls were delicious, the presentation looked kind of simple, but they sure were flavorful. Very different that other sushi rolls I’ve tried. Appetizers: The Tuna Tartar was delicious and Spicy. The shrimp was very crunchy and tasty too. The atmosphere was nice, I really liked the blue lights and the Fish tank. The background music was good too. It was a Great experience.

My family dined at Kona for Christmas. Our server, Delia, was excellent. She was attentive and personable. The food was adequate. The steaks were tough. The macadamian encrusted chicken was excellent. My drink, Purple Envy, was weak with very little flavor. Basically, it's just a sweet lemonade. The potstickers were very good. Pan seared, so not soggy. The angry edamame was okay. Very few choices for desserts. The best thing about our experience was the service.

Tonight my friends and I can in as a party of 12 to celebrate a birthday and everything was great! The food was good, the vibes is calm and nice but our server, Jason… was THE BEST PART! So nice. Very professional and welcoming. Might I add, an impeccable memory, remembering all of our orders! At no point did he complain or get frustrated with all of the requests for things! 10/10 amazing!

I was expecting to see upscale place since they are at the UTC. but it’s ok for casual dining Food was good. We ordered calamari for appetizer and they were very dry and over fried. Sushi tasted good. Steak and fish was tasty too Very loud music at the restaurant. It’s was a little annoying. Very nice staff.

Listen, make sure that you ask for Belle as your server! Belle has a smile that can light up any room, her ability to pay attention to you during your entire stay is top notch, her service is unmatched and she is so polite!! Belle made me feel like I was at home being served by a family member, this was my first time visiting Kona Grill but I will definitely be back! Their happy hour is out of this world, I ordered from the happy hour menu and everything was amazing!

First time here was great! Our server Bryce was very friendly and provided phenomenal service! I had a poki bowl, which was very appetizing; all of the other food looked amazing too! 10/10 experience!

Our dinner with server Jason was fantastic. We ordered multiple items off the Happy Hour menu which were all delicious (the chicken and shrimp lettuce wraps were our favorite). Jason noticed we were here for Happy Hour and made it a point to keep us updated on how much time we had left to order more food/drinks off the menu. He was so kind, fun to talk to, and genuinely seemed like he enjoyed his job. We will definitely be back and we will more importantly be asking for Jason!!

This was our first time dining here and definitely won’t be the last! Our server Robert was phenomenal!!! So attentive and on point! The food was oh my goodness delicious….. everything we had we were VERY pleased…. We did get the potstickers too but we ate them so fast that we couldn’t get a picture…. Next time we dine here we are going to request Robert to be our waiter cause he was so pleasant and seemed like he genuinely enjoyed his job.
