Set in the idealistically beautiful town of Seabrook WA not far from the beach is Koko's. Just across the street from a fun family arcade and not far from all the little shops that line the quaint streets of Seabrook. This lovely restaurant is impeccably clean and inviting. Amazing views and amazing food. Everything we ordered was delicious and felt as though it had been made from scratch on the spot just for us. Their Chorizo empanadas are a great starter and really set the tone for just how great your meal is going to be. The service here is also stellar! Our waitress was an adorable young lady with a ton of charm. She not only served us but was genuinely interested in our vacation and the places we had visited like the Alpine coaster in Leavenworth that I hope she gets to check out soon. She was extremely pleasant made us feel right at home. Even the chips and salsa here are a cut above the usual. After the empanadas and chips and salsa came beautiful plates and smiles. My carnitas tacos were as good as I've ever had and the beans and rice were good enough that I would order just beans and rice as a meal. Other plates enjoyed by my family included the Burrito Gordo which my son ate almost all of even though it was the size of his head. Then there were the Pablano Cashew enchiladas which I sat and coveted a bit while we ate, a beautiful bright green sauce made them a visual feast along with tasting great. One of the best stops on our vacation we will be back.

Spectacular holiday decor and delicious margaritas. Tamarind Habanero shrimp were a hit, but the rest of the meal (poke bowl, el pastor tacos, and kids steak taco) was a little lackluster. Portions were on the smaller side.

Skip the drinks and the chips and salsa; get the chorizo burger. Seabrook is overall out-of-place for the Washington Coast, which is accustomed to the rugged, untouched coastline with plenty of camping and resorts with cabins, but this place fits in for Seabrook. What that means is that it is way more expensive than other restaurants in nearby towns, but it's on par for what you should expect in Seabrook in terms of Seattle/Cannon Beach/California prices. So go with that in mind. Now that you're over the sticker shock, I'll go on with my review of the rest of it. The hostess was not hospitable, but our server was. However, our server was too busy most of the time. The food was fantastic, and we will go back if we're in the area because it was some of the best we've ever had--with three exceptions: The strawberry margarita looked pretty, but the taste did not match the price ($16), and it was a weak pour. The chips and salsa tasted ok, but not worth the price ($4). (Third is the fries, see below.) My husband was debating between the burrito and the burger, and our server suggested the burger. It was honestly the best chorizo burger either of us has ever had. The fries that came with it were soggy and terrible. Didn't matter. We hardly noticed due to how amazing the burger was, and it was filling enough that we were not hungry even though we didn't eat the fries. I got the veggie tacos, and they were also amazing. The beans and rice were also good. We sat outside because the weather was nice, so I can't speak to the atmosphere inside, but the outside patio was lovely, especially because we were sitting in the back corner. The seating was a little uncomfortable because there wasn't really a back so it was like sitting on a bench, which wasn't great for my back, but not too bad. If you're staying in Seabrook or driving through, I would definitely recommend you give this place a try.

We had a fabulous lunch with our family today at Koko's. The seafood pasta was amazing with a white wine cream sauce that was out of this world, and the mussels were perfectly cooked. My son tried the mussels for the first time and loved it. The kale salad with tempura shrimp was elegant with excellent complimentary flavors of strawberry and jalapeños. The Bloody Mary was amazing. The flavors melded well with a perfect balance of spice and lime, and I would have another if I could. We were seated right away outside and were very warm under the outdoor heaters. Our puppy was welcome to join us on the patio, and they provided a water bowl as well. My son said he would give a 1 million stars if he could. We highly recommend it.

Delicious Mexican food in Seabrook!! Definitelyb make a reservation! We got the Cadillac Margarita!! For dinner, we got the cashew chicken enchilada, the Mexican enchiladas, The burrito Gordo, the tuna tostada and the pasta oaxaca. For dessert - churros!!

My family and I ordered takeout from Koko's during the Christmas break and we were so glad we did. I admit, I'm not used to a Mexican restaurant that offers standard Mexican dishes and pasta dishes, to be honest, I've never heard of it before. It worked though. We had the burrito, soup, side if rice and beans and everything we ordered was delicious! Sauces had seasoning, the soup was perfect for a chilly rainy evening around a fire.

Pictured is their cashew enchiladas, Carne asada, and Salvadorian enchiladas and these dishes were delectable and delicious! You will definitely get quality food and service with friendly smiles, frequent table check in, and good size portions using fresh ingredients! The drink is their Cucumber margarita which was quite refreshing! This restaurant overlooks the ocean and you definitely get that fresh salty smell when enjoying their patio seating. This restaurant is definitely $$$ but it's worth it!!

Delicious food and good service. The burrito was gigantic and it didn't disappoint. The salad was great. I wish they had more vegetarian items on the menu because it was very limited.
