This place was awesome! The ingredients are so fresh, presentation and flavors are amazingly delicious! A bit pricey but worth every dollar spent. Staff are friendly and helpful, they take the time to explain the dishes and answer all your questions professionally and with a friendly smile.
I went here for dinner on a Thursday evening. Got the table in 10 mins. I ordered curry croquettes and vegetarian ramen. The only vegetarian ramen available was soy based. I personally am not a big fan of soy, I had thought of customising the vegetarian broth with miso flavour but they couldn’t do that. Overall the service was fast and food was good.
Update 11/23: Brought a friend here recently whose idea of ramen comes from a bag. This is now one of his top lunch places and practically begs to come here. Still da Bomb!
This is the most authentic Ramen I've had this side of the Pond. The noodles are cooked one way, al dente, which is perfect for my taste. They don't offer cooking firmness levels like in many Japanese shops. My only complaint is that it's too popular at the moment and can be difficult to get into at lunch time.
This spot was nice. The food was amazing the way it was displayed to the way it was cooked. At the beginning there were many customers waiting to be seated and you can see open tables. The atmosphere was very family oriented. If you want to go to a Korean spot this is it.
Got the black garlic pork ramen and it was pretty good taste and portion-wise. This plaza can get pretty busy during peak times so parking can be hard sometimes. My party got seated very quickly and we had at least 8 people. Service here is great and there's an option of sitting outdoors with heat lamps.
No vegetarian options. Even veggie broth contains fish powder.
We ordered veggie broth it does have fish odor. Quantity is enough for two people. Less broth more noodles. Go for spicy( extra cost though). Broth is not thick.
Curry croquette is too good, must try. Chicken karage is kinda juicy and flavorful.
You can opt for thin noodles.
The pork is tender and well cooked but thin. The egg is delicious and smooth. The broth of shoyu ramen with medium spicy I ordered is rich, but the original (without spicy) may be better.
A small, rather cozy, place with just 30 seats and one server. It has a nice aesthetic on the inside. We ordered black garlic ramen, shoyu ramen, takoyaki and karāge chicken. The food was decent. Shoyu ramen was kinda disappointing, but I'll give it a 3 star. As for the service, they were rather quick.
I can definitely recommend trying karāge and takoyaki. Looking forward to tasting a bunch of other ramen they got, especially curry ramen - that looks appetizing.
