I came in trying to grab a couple of last-minute gifts. And the person in the makeup department was extremely helpful and very nice she could not be any better. But when I went up to check out there was a lady and customer service that came over to help me and both of them two ladies were extremely rude.
The store is clean and very organized ! Love how much room between racks is o walk through with a cart without bumps into stuff.
After hours of shopping and I mean multiple stores and several hours I found the perfect air fryer for my son. Which one Kim? O.K I will tell you. The Ninja Double Oven. Game changer. Brought a tear to his eye. He probably thought I paid the $359 sticker price, but no, not at Kohl's. It was marked down to $279 and then I got to the register and they marked it down 20% to $223 and gave me $40 in Kohl's cash. Best purchase ever. I am going back to get a few of those beautiful vases from Italy. Men, Valentine's Day will be here soon. They took Elder Beerman from Beloit, but I don't mind the little drive for this store. 5 stars folks. Please don't show my son this. I want to stay Best Mom Ever for a little longer. It was my first time doing an Amazon return the lady at the customer service counter whom unfortunately I do not remember her name walked me through it and help me with the whole trust she was absolutely wonderful. After that my daughter and myself went to Sephora where a lovely young lady Monica help me find cream for my ever lovely aging face. She knew what I needed what I was talking about explained everything to me she was absolutely wonderful I'll be back when she's working!
Jaime the Sephora Store manager has consistently been helpful. She seems to be there each time I visit and is most knowledgeable about each product line. She has assisted me several times and always hits the mark. She is someone any retail organization would want on their team. Thank you Jaime!!!
Very upset that Kohl’s owners feels they are not getting enough profit off their customers. Their coupons for percent off cannot be used on brands of any kind. Customer service was good but I will shop else where.
If your going to Sephora in kohls Jamie is the person to ask for very friendly, helpful and a great personality. The best customer service I have received in a very long time.💯
Nobody came to help me at all despite 2 trips & 30 minutes to the mens shoes!!! This place NEVER had any good mens Nike shoes! Why even bother when they never have anything in stock. Stop selling them if you can't provide for your customers!! Every time I come here you don't have what I need!! Store associates should always be aware of customers as well. I very obviously needed assistance and Nobody to be found until after I left and came back. Don't go here!!!
Purchase an NES and a handful of Mario games and am in love! Awesome store and great staff. Very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back for more retro purchases!
YUM! I am so glad we stopped! The wrap was FRESH and so good, they helped me find a good smoothie for my mother who is lactose intolerant and they were so nice ! Definitely give this place a try if you havenât already! 10/10 all around
We had an online order and the young ladies checked to make sure everything was there as they passed it over to us. Everything was exactly as ordered, packed well, and delicious! Next time we are in the area we will definitely plan to stop here again
